After I barely got past the truck, I had the thought to take a picture of the side of the truck so I could contact them to let them know what happened. I slowed down and got right beside the dumptruck. I took a picture of the side of the truck that had the phone number. When I did this, the driver put his hands in the air to gesture, "What are you doing?" I pointed at chip in my windshield and he shook his head angrily. He then slowed way down so I wasn't beside him again. He got off at the Hwy 1 exit and I couldn't see if he got back on Hwy 218 because he had slowed down so much. That made me think he knew he was guilty. I called the police because I didn't know what to do. They told me it was a civil issue, but most often the owner takes care of it for the person. Yesterday evening, I called the number on the side of the truck. I was so disappointed about the conversation. He denied it could have come out of the dump truck and said it was debris on the highway that flew up and hit my windshield. He said it happens all the time. I told him I drive for my job almost everyday and it hasn't ever happened to me before. He said he isn't responsible for it. I don't know the person, but I just know he wasn't willing to do the right thing in this situation. If he doesn't do the right thing in this situation, I wouldn't be comfortable using his services. You can make the call, but just wanted to warn you.

This service is very quick and very professional! Devin came to our rescue and was our hero tonight!!!!! My sister and I went to the drive in movie with her severely autistic son. We started the engine, while packing up and locked the keys in the car!!! Everyone was leaving the drive in at the airport and it was very dark and scary. We called Devin telling him it was an emergency and he arrived promptly. He opened the door within seconds and we all could breathe a sigh of relief! Called AAA for assistance with a dead battery and they sent Denis from Campus Towing to help me out. He did an excellent job walking me through the diagnostic test results, and once we confirmed that my battery did indeed need to be replaced, he had the new one installed in a matter of minutes. Nicest people in the world! When our roadside assistance people failed us we made one call to Campus Towing. Alex arrived ahead of schedule! Our SUV has special sized tires that were going to take a few days to get in. I've never had a worse experience with a towing company as I did with Campus Towing. They were rude to me and would not help me at all. The truck driver and receptionist kept telling me different things and when I brought it up, they called me a liar. They were very disrespectful and rude. My son got in a bad accident, and Campus came to our rescue - it was a complicated recovery of a 'total loss vehicle' from a deep ravine.
