I heard something hit my car, but didn't immediately see what it was. A minute later, as I was passing the dumptruck, I saw a chip in my windshield. After I barely got past the truck, I had the thought to take a picture of the side of the truck so I could contact them to let them know what happened. I slowed down and got right beside the dumptruck. I took a picture of the side of the truck that had the phone number. He denied it could have come out of the dump truck and said it was debris on the highway that flew up and hit my windshield. He said it happens all the time. I told him I drive for my job almost everyday and it hasn't ever happened to me before. He said he isn't responsible for it. I don't know the person, but I just know he wasn't willing to do the right thing in this situation. If he doesn't do the right thing in this situation, I wouldn't be comfortable using his services. You can make the call, but just wanted to warn you.
