Dr Hampton pulled one of his teeth and left a section of root in his gum causing infection and pain until the root finally worked it's way out of the gum. In the mean time, Dr Hampton prescribed several antibiotics that really messed up Larry's digestive system so he still has chronic diarrhea. I generally just go for cleaning every 6 months and although I have some problems I'm hesitant to share and get the care I need. The hygienist doesn't clean the front of my teeth at all. I called Northgrand dental to see if they would remove the gold crown, fill any cavities and put a temporary crown on my tooth. I didn'T want to make future plans at this time. While the receptionist was polite, her concern was getting paid and the next step, and the next step and the next step. I just wanted this crown removed to see if the pain would stop, I was thinking I would make future plans after I had this done. Possibly remove other crowns and have them replaced. I just wanted to take things one step at a time. She decided to put me on hold to speak to the dentist. No one ever came back on the phone. I hung up, waited a few minutes and called back. it went to voicemail.That was my one and only experience with Northgrand Dental.
