If you're looking for a simple cleaning and oral exam this is the place to go. All in the office are great, hygienists, and dentist. Always made me feel comfortable. However if you need major dental services like a bridge, tooth extraction, etc. this is not the place. I paid over 10k for work to be prepare and set a bridge. Slightly two years later the bridge cracked and the company they use has no warranty. They have audacity to call and leave a voice message that if I want to pay another 4.5k they will order and replace my bridge. Really on a 2 year cycle. I really hate to leave a negative as o have referred everyone I know here but until they change companies or offer guarantees on their products. Buyer beware

For all potential customers--you now see how Summit Dental will deal with any problem that may arise -- they'll simply call you names and not accept responsibility for their errors. Unfortunately, the tooth needed to be extracted, and it was by far the most painful extraction I've ever experienced. I've had other teeth extracted before, so I understand the difference between normal pressure and actual pain. I told Dr. Wiese several times that I was in pain, and I was in tears during the procedure, but no additional anesthetic was offered. I left feeling that my pain was not taken seriously. I was also disappointed that my prescription had not been sent to the pharmacy by 4:00 p.m. When I called, I was told their computer system had been down and that my prescription had been forgotten when the system came back online. While I appreciate being seen on short notice, the painful procedure and the lack of follow-through with my prescription left me with little confidence in the care I received. I will not be returning.

katie is so kind and considerate to me/all patients…read more i had her fix 2-3 cavities with NO SHOT PER MY REQUEST. i have a high pain tolerance. she described what she would be doing and would stop regularly making sure i was tolerating what was going on. she would give me a shot if it got too much...it did NOT. she gives great info explaining in detail as she progresses. she could see when it did hurt me; she changed drills to make it faster in that specific area during the entire procedure. i highly recommend her to everyone; so happy i got her after my dentist for many decades RETIRED to live the "good life". lol since i have insurance, they file the claim for me. i recently got my 1st bill since i now have AETNA health/dental insurance. i'm trying to figure out how to pay this online with my credit card; so far no luck; but not giving up. thanks katie and asst. for your kindness and graciousness knowing i have to have my eyes covered due to 55 yrs. of chronic lyme disease / borrelia burgdorferi and bartonella/cat scratch disease, 2 species MISDIAGNOSED for 35 yrs. by up to 50 drs!! also i can't have the chair lowered very much due to a hiatal hernia in the breast area. they work WITH the patients to make them as comfy as possible.
