We knew the company that originally installed it three years ago was no longer in business so we had to find someone new... and quick! I can only imagine how busy HVAC companies are at this time of year but he woman who answered the phone at Rodman's was very friendly, personable and assigned our call to a tech quicker that I expected. Within a couple of hours he was at our door appropriately protected with PPE (because this is the world we live in now). Thankfully it was a minor issue and he was in and out within 12 minutes!! Not that I'm hoping for (or anticipating) any issues in the near future but I would definitely call Rodman's again.

My gas hot water heater at my home in Whitby was leaking water in the basement. I contacted DCB,…read more and they were able to direct me as to how to shut off my main water supply to stop the pressure into my water heater. DCB facilitated a crew to come out to my home within a couple of hours and they confirmed that the water heater had an internal leak and would need replacement. DCB was able to provide me with a quote on a new power vented 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater and installation at that same time. The installation crew was very friendly and courteous, and put down red carpet drop sheets all the way through to my furnace room. The installation was completed in an efficient and timely matter, and my hot water was restored!!
