Stephen, our consultant, was very clear and direct in his explanations, and went over all of the financials with us. Buying a furnace is no joke, and lightens your bank account considerably. Living off the grid was looking very tempting, but Stephen walked us through the process of applying for a government grant for our new, energy efficient heat pump. We were successful, and received the grant, which lightened our load. When it came time to do the actual technical work, our technicians, Arek and Brad, were top notch. There was another technician, whose name I didn't get, and he was great too. They showed us how everything works, how to use our new thermostat, and explained how to arrange proper servicing or our new furnace and heat pump/air conditioner. Bonus: they are OK with dogs!! We have two friendly but large dogs, and the guys weren't afraid! Our home is warm now, thanks to WAZA, They helped us every step of the way to a climate controlled house, and know how to handle people who are stressed because the furnace dies. We knew the company that originally installed it three years ago was no longer in business so we had to find someone new... and quick! I can only imagine how busy HVAC companies are at this time of year but he woman who answered the phone at Rodman's was very friendly, personable and assigned our call to a tech quicker that I expected. Within a couple of hours he was at our door appropriately protected with PPE (because this is the world we live in now). Thankfully it was a minor issue and he was in and out within 12 minutes!! Not that I'm hoping for (or anticipating) any issues in the near future but I would definitely call Rodman's again.

Misho was quick to respond to any questions I had before the service appointment. He arrived within the scheduled 1h timeframe, and gave advanced notice of exact arrival ETA before he left the service call before mine. He kept me very well updated so I knew exactly when he'll arrive at my door. When he arrived he was extremely courteous and went to work immediately. He had another person with him that was learning the trade. They worked quietly and didn't disturb me while I had a meeting. The toilet replacement was done perfectly, they discovered my previous toilet was leaking which rusted the fixtures and they addressed it. The bidet seat was installed well with everything hooked up. They went the extra mile by using their own wax ring/mounting hardware that were better than the ones that came with the toilet. They tidied up the hoses and tucked everything away so it looks professional, caulked around the base of the toilet, and even adjusted the fill level of the water tank. The work area was cleaned after they were done. The old toilet was put into a box and onto my hand truck along with all of the garbage packed into a bag since I offered to dispose of the toilet/garbage myself. Misho was very nice and went through everything he did, plus making sure that I knew bidet seats were structurally weaker than a normal toilet seat. I'm personally going with Weston Plumbing and Mechanical Services for any future plumbing needs, I highly recommend them.
