We knew the company that originally installed it three years ago was no longer in business so we had to find someone new... and quick! I can only imagine how busy HVAC companies are at this time of year but he woman who answered the phone at Rodman's was very friendly, personable and assigned our call to a tech quicker that I expected. Within a couple of hours he was at our door appropriately protected with PPE (because this is the world we live in now). Thankfully it was a minor issue and he was in and out within 12 minutes!! Not that I'm hoping for (or anticipating) any issues in the near future but I would definitely call Rodman's again.

When I purchased my house, I had 2500$ knocked off the mortgage because the home inspector said the furnace was shot. I told this to Patrick, but he was persistent that it might be something else. Imagine someone actually trying to save you money. Every other HVAC guy would try and sell you a new unit, no questions asked. After 5 hours of trying to seal every possible cause for a leak, he determined that indeed the furnace was not salvagable. Patrick DID NOT CHARGE ME, a penny for his hard labour. Rather he apologized that he could not fix it and gave me two options. I could pay to have the heat exchange fixed, or I could get a new furnace.
