Our neighbor in the park is a friendly man who lives there full time I believe and he helped us with our side patio. They are a dog friendly park, so bring your fur babies, and they even have a laundry room on site. I work construction, so I move a lot, and never really know when or where, and the owner understood this, and worked with me on my departure time. This was extremely important to me, because most people try to cheat you out of your unused time that you've paid for already, but not these guys. All-in-all a very nice experience.
