The box arrived on January 12, 2018. Our relative signed for it and it remained unopened until my mother and I arrived in the Philipipines on January 20, 2018. I noticed that several items were missing from the box. The missing items included coffee creamer, Skippy peanut butter, a large package of Costco candy, several cans of corned beef, and two packages of dried beans. This act of theft reflects poorly on UMAC and we will not be using their services in the future. I will inform my relatives and friends about my experience with the company. The public should know that UMAC cannot be trusted.

Our main source of communication was via email and he took sometimes days to reply and at some points didn't answer my questions thoroughly, or at all. He seemed much more concerned with getting payment, then answering my questions. My belongings were being moved from Ontario to BC, which is stressful in itself, but then to get no definitive answers to basic questions was a bit nerve racking.
