There are packages stacked all over the side walls, like somebody's basement. I've used them a few times. The lineups get pretty bad, easily going over 10+ minutes. The last time I was here, they managed to misplace the package I was picking up. The website showed my package had arrived, but the guy behind the counter couldn't find it after a couple of quick searches. It had to be there somewhere, and the lineup was growing, so I offered to poke around in the back room while he took care of the next customer. I actually had to dig around in the back for 10 minutes going through each rack individually. Finally I located the package. When I showed the staff where it was located, he mentioned it was in the wrong place, which is why he couldn't find it. Good thing I did this, or the package would've sat there for another week, then returned to sender, and I'd be waiting for another month.

They have that sample Canada Post standard mail slot behind the counter to determine if an envelope is too thick for letter mail, but they either refuse to test my envelopes with it and I take my items elsewhere, or they test my envelopes and they go through with plenty of room to spare, saving me the difference between a $18 parcel fee and a $2.05 letter fee. So need to come here during the rush which is just right after work. Service was good. The lady just verified B's ID and his new address and he was ready to go. Everything was good.
