Fast service. Not super friendly but I don't go there to feel good just get my package.

Great service and people. I can't say enough about these hardworking people and how great they are.

So a package was sent to my location (of course I will miss it, I was at work) and I missed it. So what does this mean? Yeah I have to go to the Postal Office to pick it up. This place is ran by Korean. I came here to pick up my package. Need to bring a piece of ID. They don't say much to you but just ID and hand you the package. There is something peculiar about a business when the employees feel empowered to take such pride with their disdain for their customers. To me this usually indicates that the people who say they are employees, actual are the owners. During my first experience with this bizarre "post office" other than being told to produce identification (not asked, told) I was completely ignored. A women sat on the counter along with peoples mail and packages while she played on her phone. (I took pictures). Two other people wandered in and out of desk area, none of them spoke or made eye-contact with myself or the other employees until I turned to leave and they all suddenly went back to their own conversations in Chinese. The second time, after not being allowed to pick up an Amazon package and trying to find a solution, we asked for a manager. The flippant, dismissive and rude employee that would not help us find a solution other than telling us to "go away" told he us he was in fact the manager When we asked his name he said "By law I am not required to tell you." The company name is Commercial Cards Plus - the business is owned by Yong Zhen Enterprises Ltd and the behavior and attitude of the people behind the counter suggests their business model is all about access to data: not customer service. I don't know what you all expect but I bet if you were kind and smiled and started a dialogue with them you would get a more "cheery" greeting! I am always greeted with a hello and if not I say it when entering or arriving at the counter. Just start the kindness and stop expecting it. No one is entitled to kindness but we all deserve and love it! I rarely write reviews but thought many of yours were unfair. So, I have never in my 22 years of using Little Italy Post Office had an issue with the owners or the staff. Canada Post, yeah sure with them but that's a whole other story! Just remember sometimes in life we get what we give. Smile at a stranger today and see what reaction you get, especially older people, they LOVE it. read more

Terrible service today I went to the post office because I got a letter I called the actual Canada Post first because there was a problem with the name when I went there I brought my divorce agreement I brought my ID I brought my address and they still wouldn't give me the packet even though Canada Post and there was no actual name on there so now I'm trying to get a hold of them so they can tell me where I can send this email because my ex need to send an email authorizing that I can pick up this mail and they are not helping me they were being really rude they told me from the start that over not gonna give you the package and I'm like OK well I'm gonna wait call post office in front of you again read more

This little post office is located in a super convenient spot on the Drive, and it's never that busy. The staff are not super friendly - I've never had a conversation with them despite my chipper attempts, but they are efficient and will grab your parcel as quickly as possible. The store is a little rickety, with a row of cards clustered near the front, and a counter that's usually empty right by the door. The store has a lot of potential but I've not seen it be anything but a quaint, slightly run down little post office. And seeing as it's supposed to be a post office, I guess it's doing its thing just fine! read more

OK, I agree that they are not a friendly crew, and don't even try to appear interested in customers, other than as a part of a business transaction. But their service is always accurate and efficient, which is kind of reassuring. The people I see working there are pretty young, so I while I stand in line I sometimes ponder how they like working there, even why they are still working there, and will they ever put anything in the store that anyone would ever want to buy, and if so, what would that be. The place is pretty dreary, with no attempt to elevate interactions above the mundane, but I find that the mysterious quality of the "shopping experience" there is a draw for me, even in light of the area's "vibrancy". So, to me, like other places on The Drive, it has its own kind of unique charm. read more

One day, you'll get a card in the mail, and it'll tell you to go to Little Italy to pick up a package. You know this could be the end. You were not expecting a package, and now someone is sending you to "Little Italy" to pick up a "package" and suddenly everything becomes in "quotations". You'll say good-bye to your friends, your family, your cat. You'll dress in your best clothes as you make your way up the Drive to your final destination. When you arrive however, the pleasant Asian gentleman will hand you a package, and you'll suddenly remember that you did order that Star Trek Enterprise plush toy that has photon torpedo sounds when you squeeze it. read more

Always helpful and prompt. No fuss no muss! Always greeted with a smile and friendly staff.

Not sure what these other people are talking about, but I've never been greeted with a smile, despite me saying hello with a smile. Usually, they say nothing to me except "ID" and I hand over my drivers license. I had actually come to believe that they don't speak english. Despite this strange silence, I find the place clean, tidy and efficient. I just prefer service that is more friendly. And I wish they would be easily accessible by phone. read more

I've been sending and receiving mail/parcels here for about a year and always receive kind, courteous service. Great team of people!

You guys are all expecting way too much from a post office. I go here regularly to ship for my business. Yah, they don't chat with you for 20 mins. So what? They've never lost a package or shipped to the wrong address, or made me wait in line while they chat with someone for 20 minutes. They've always been efficient and accurate. That's far more important in something as mundane as mail delivery than pleasantries and chit chat. read more

The staff is unfriendly, the store aside from the postal counter is dingy and poorly stocked, and bicyclists are not welcome. I will not be returning. read more
