The new owners changed the inventory but are still so helpful, caring and professional.. no small feat. The last time I was there they learned it was a customer's 90th birthday and offered her anything she wanted from the store. It made my day, especially as I was printing out my Victims Compensation form and was shaking and so stressed I needed Mr. Rogers to tell me how to write my own name, so a simple printout was overwhelming. There are packages stacked all over the side walls, like somebody's basement. I've used them a few times. The lineups get pretty bad, easily going over 10+ minutes. The last time I was here, they managed to misplace the package I was picking up. The website showed my package had arrived, but the guy behind the counter couldn't find it after a couple of quick searches. It had to be there somewhere, and the lineup was growing, so I offered to poke around in the back room while he took care of the next customer. I actually had to dig around in the back for 10 minutes going through each rack individually. Finally I located the package. When I showed the staff where it was located, he mentioned it was in the wrong place, which is why he couldn't find it. Good thing I did this, or the package would've sat there for another week, then returned to sender, and I'd be waiting for another month.

So..I headed off to Print Express this morning, parcels in hand, and even a coffee and some snacks for what I was expecting to be a long wait. Much to my delight as I entered the shop, there were only 3 people in line...I was sure there was going to be some catch..like all 3 had 27 parcels and letters to different part of the world with special mailing instructions..but shockingly I was wrong...I was up to the counter in under a minute. There were 3 people processing the parcels..one weighed and measured while another asked you all the delivery info..you know..6 day?express?insurance?..then the third took the parcel to the back....it was the most efficient postal team EVER..and they were even nice..no rude bitchy remarks about sending it express or they won't be responsible for it not being there before Christmas..just good ole fashion pleasant and efficient service...YAY!!
