Once I arrived at the location the staff at reception let me know the appointment was cancelled and that they called/left message/emailed/texted - the only correspondence I had was an email 3 hours prior which I had not had the chance to read. I let the person know that I had not received a call, voicemail or text, she insisted I was incorrect and did not take ownership of the mistake, she was rude and kept saying that she did call and leave a voicemail which was a blatant lie and regardless should have offered an apology. At one point she did say "I called all of my clients today" so I don't know if this was the RMT or the reception but either way handled incredibly poor, I followed up by email and it has gone unanswered which is why I am leaving a review. From the research I've done it appears they cancel RMT massages at the last minute regularly - I would stay away from this location if you are in pain and needing massage services for these reasons. I would like to mention the chiropractic services have been amazing, Dr. Mubashir Naeem has been professional, kind, and thorough in my treatment and I have felt immense relief in my pain since becoming his patient.
