I don't understand why people complain about the front desk staff not being friendly chatty etc... they are no there to be your BFFs, they are there to do their jobs... If you want to chit chat, go find yourself some friends! I think they are very efficient and they do their jobs well. Remember that along with checking you in, they are also answering the phone and email and a bunch of other things, so have some patience. For a downtown walk -in, the wait time to see a doctor is very fast. Doctors are great and will take time to listen to your issues. Now with COVID, you have the opportunity to send an email to have a doctor call you back and a doctor calls back within one hour! They can diagnose over the phone and even send emailed prescriptions to your local pharmacy. I really have nothing bad to say about this doctor's office and I truly think it's the best one in Toronto!!

Before anything, let me be fully clear, Doctors/ Physicians in the clinic are amazing, I am with my family doctor from a long time, however the admin team has been a nightmare. I underwent surgery in March 2026, which lead me to be bed ridden for recovery till May 2026. I lost my job, my OSAP went into overpayment, I am under extreme financial hardship and I was attacked racially on the streets of Toronto. I was recovering, hence could not make it to the appointments, when asked about it, I was told about "policies" and "fees" I must pay before I see my doctor. I gently asked to waive it OR allow me to delay the payment till I am capable of giving it / do it in instalments. It was relayed to my doctor as I am asking to waive fees and I was informed it cannot be done. The email had issues lines up, I was looking to get my doc to fill in some forms, insurance/ hardship related, I was told how much that would "COST". I had to leave it on the side. I received an email saying I am no more on ROSTER because I missed appointments! I was genuinely taken aback. My psychiatrist had stopped the practice, so my files was being transferred to family doctor. Admin team at UHN did it, honestly, multiple times. It never reached my doctor. During my current hard time, facing depression, anxiety, adhd and an attack because I am a different race, with no money, poor credit fighting to get a job, I started overcoming my issues. I asked again for an appointment, because UHN confirmed that I was still with this clinic, they replied with "policy rules", "admin fees"! I have an entire email chain! The admin from UHN helped me with getting the records, and I PERSONALLY SENT THEM! My doctor understandably could not read everything because there were more than 200 visits to be read! So from whatever time I was a patient of this clinic, UHN did send the records, and they NEVER reached my doctor, until I had to find a way to provide it to them! Finally after asking for an appointment I finally got one last week, I finally saw my doctor and we had a plan, from the conversation I noticed he was relayed with selective information, and when he said he supports the admin team, I reassured him I understand policies and why you are supporting them, however, my MAIN CONCERNS have not reached you! Me and my doctor had a plan, I requested for one of my forms to be signed on Friday, according to clinic "policy" I was late with the email so they were going to answer me next business day. Monday has passed by, Tuesday is almost coming to an end, and I am ghosted yet again! It is extremely hard not to take this personally, I have been clarifying asking giving feedbacks in a real positive light whenever possible. BUT THE ADMIN TEAM HAS ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DURING MY OWN ROCK BOTTOM! I have a steady rapport with my doctor, so I cannot even go anywhere else, but to get to him, THIS HUGE HURDLE is just an impossible task! And get it right, they are VERY RUDE with their responses too! I am extremely disappointed! Isnt this the care team I can rely on when I need support? Apparently not! Very very displeased with the EXPERIENCE!!!!! I wish I could give NO star or a half STAR, and again, THE DOCTORS ARE GENUINELY GREAT! Also, I myself am an internationally trained DENTIST with 5 years of experience, now pursuing healthcare research! Never in my life I would have imagined a team who cares nothing about the people in need! I really feel sad that I had to approach them time and again, making my hardship/struggle feel like an inconvenience!

I initially said I wasn't going to write about my experience, just move on but this might help to caution someone. Wait time (10/10) Prompt service, this was good! Receptionist- (10/10) indian girl (sorry, didn't catch the name) was great, she was patient and knowledgeable. Doctor (1/10)- Dr. Faryani Vayani was not good at all, to the point where me and my fiancé looked at each other in disbelief. From the moment she stepped in the room, didn't introduce herself, no eye contact- went straight to my chart history and said she's seeing nothing wrong, why am I here today. I felt as if our presence pissed her off or probably she had a bad day- didn't have lunch IDK. Whatever it was, it was wrong on so many levels. I asked her to check my charts again as you can see my prolactin levels is more than 10 times the normal levels, then she said "oh" and proceeded to have a better attitude when she realized she made a mistake. I want people to understand that having 2nd and 3rd diagnoses (if possible) is safer than 1. Doctors are 1 part of the equation, the other part is -you. you have to be invested in your health and know what's going on yourself- research, Doctors have social media accounts- relay problems to them, sometimes they'll make a video or msg you directly.. there's plenty of options, just TRY, TRY, TRY and don't be afraid to ask questions. I could have had a very serious illness overlooked because somebody was having a bad day! Doctors are people too. I have the utmost respect for the profession- you can know when some people are born for it because their presence in itself is warm and inviting- this is different from being professional of which I experienced neither with this Doctor. Sorry she had a bad day but this behaviour is inexcusable and the company lost a patient because of this. Misdiagnosis is REAL and has caused countless lives of people who were loved, and have family who wanted them around. Go somewhere where you are treated with respect and your health issues are not scantily disregarded. If there is a red flag, and start looking for another doctor's opinion just in case.

The day of the appointment I have a missed call from Integra, no voicemail. I call back four hours later to ask if it was in regards to my appointment this evening. They tell me there is no one available as they booked the wrong location. This is infuriating. This is the second time they have rescheduled my appointment, and this time due to someone overlooking where they booked it and staff availability. I received a CONFIRMATION email with the date, time and LOCATION. How is it only when I call, the day of the appointment, that someone realizes there is no staff available? In addition the team member tells me my voicemail was full. It was not. I had someone call me after they did and they were able to leave a message. Was no one going to call back? Send an email? I was going to waste my time going there for an appointment that they knew wasn't going to happen?

Based on the many other negative reviews, it's clear my experience is not unique. I had a scheduled phone appointment for a recurring UTI. As her office never has timely availability (appointments take weeks or months), I was forced to use a walk-in clinic and pharmacy for urgent prescriptions. UTIs are time-sensitive and can quickly lead to kidney infections -- especially for me as someone with chronic kidney disease. Despite this, she provided no care, focused only on billing complaints, and ended the call without addressing my condition at all. Instead of asking me a single medical question, she criticized me for using a walk-in clinic and went on at length about how she gets "charged." This was not about my health -- it was about her billing. This is part of a larger pattern: it previously took her office three months and multiple calls to process my handicap parking pass renewal. When I raised this, she blamed staff and insisted I should have booked another appointment so she could bill for it. Again, her priority was money, not patient care. Her bedside manner is disgraceful -- dismissive, rude, and dripping with disdain. She treats patients as inconveniences rather than people in need of care. Today's experience was the final straw: she will no longer be my doctor, and I strongly believe she should not be practicing medicine at all. For a doctor to refuse to engage with a patient's urgent medical issue, to instead focus on billing, is not only unprofessional but dangerous. Patients deserve a physician who cares about their health, not one who berates, delays, and neglects them.

I have mentioned to my doctor I have had issues so we will wait and see. Kindness goes a long away when it comes to a doctor's office, please put someone in there who cares about the patients.

Look at some of the other negative reviews on google! There should be none. We get the bum's rush! This place was nearly closed a few years ago. Too bad it wasn't. It's really NOT worth it!
