From the wording, it seemed that 21 days would on the higher side; especially since the range is so high. I did not know how significant the word estimated was. First of all, I was told that I will get updates as and when car reaches a significant milestone (for example US Canada border). I did not get any updates, each time I had to ask. Second, these words and time estimates mean nothing. On the 8th day, after the pick up the car reached the border (not complaining here). The sad thing is they would keep saying its going to be end of this week, its going to be tomorrow, only to change the delivery date the very next day. I would keep asking for updates and I would get answers like bad weather and broken trucks and holidays. I was very worried and hesitant what company to hire for transporting my Honda Accord Touring from Los Angeles to Kitchener, Canada. I decided to go to Forbes website and check those companies. Do not go with this car shipping service. They initially gave a very competitive quote and transport time, but little did I know it was too good to be true. They told me the transport time would be 10-14 days. On day 15 of the car being picked up, I followed up to check where the car was. They said it's planned to be delivered in 3-4 days (day 18-19 from pickup), and that they'll give me an update the day before. There was no apology, and they said they never told me it would be 10-14 days, even though it's on email... On day 18, I sent another email asking where the car is, since they never sent me an update, and they said it would be delivered on day 21 or day 22. Again, no apology, and they said they never told me it would delivered on day 18 or 19, even though it's on email... I understand that things can be delayed, but there has been no communication from this company, and not even a simple apology. I had a situation where my car was already in Canada, and I needed to figure out what to do in order to officially import my United States vehicle into Canada. Hiring Canadian Car Shipping was and still is a REAL NIGHTMARE !! I talked to Justin in January-10 about moving my car from Los Angeles to Toronto and he indicated it would take a week to 10 days. Once he sent the paperwork he included a disclaimer that Shipping could take several weeks. On January-26 my car was available for picking up but they did it only on February-1. After 7 days I contacted Justin and Blaine to have at least an update. They emailed me "the vehicle is crossing the border the end of this week and should deliver around that time as well". I know and understand the border between US and Canada was closed for 2 days  but that was the right opportunity for all next company's excuses. On February-9 Blaine emailed me "Based on the trucker strike, and the delay it is causing at the border, we are not able to cross this week, and will check the situation Monday and reschedule a crossing early next week". It didn't happened again. During all those days I made several different inquiries (phone calls, emails, texts) having just empty excuses when I finely received another email: "Your vehicle is delivering Friday" (Feb-18) . One day earlier his driver called me saying he would deliver my car next day ONLY between 3:00am and 5:00am !! After all those empty excuses and delays I decided to accept that unacceptable condition. I checked in at a Hotel next to the deliver location to be ready for having my car and ........their truck driver texted me saying he would not deliver my car because of the weather and mechanical issues!!! This is the Canadian Car Shipping summary: 1) They will blame everyone and everything else for not doing their job 2) They sell jobs they know they cannot deliver 3) They don't have equipment to deliver the job they sell 4) They don't have any regard or respect for their customers 5) They don't care about their customers complains After more than 3 weeks I still don't have my car !!!!
