The giant dealership nearby required me to leave my camper in a 3 week que to be serviced which is not do-able for full-timers. This was in addition to monies spent on products I included with the Airstream and $1200. spent to get the Airstream hauled to/from them. When returned the trailer had severe wallpaper and flooring detachment, improper sealing and structural damage (did not have before), the cabinet work was uneven and not aligned, and the windows were severely damaged and not resealed. I paid for a 10 gal hot water tank and they installed a 4 gal mini which does not work. My A/C no longer works and interior lighting does not work properly. One switch produces a burning smell in the trailer. A new estimate to repair the damage is $6000. I am very dissatisfied and I am unable to provide a positive recommendation for this company's work productivity nor work ethic."
