The first time the screens went in they were a 1/4 of an inch too small so that when it was really windy they would come out of the track. The same person said they would take the measurements and come back with the right size. Seven months later the same guys came back and now it's an inch too small....and forgot the handles. It was one excuse after another. If you try and call or email with the status of when you would be getting them....they either don't answer or don't respond to emails. As of Oct 2022 we still had not received the door. Communication from the company was unbelievably awful. We had to call them repeatedly for its status. Their promises to follow up by tomorrow, or end of week, or whenever, weren't followed through. The many times we called them they claimed they were 'just about to call us'. When we finally put the pressure on with our repeated calls, they gave us one after another confirmed dates between June & Sept 2022 (five in total) for installation. All dates were cancelled/postponed, usually the morning that they were due to arrive.The first excuse was that the door had fallen off the truck, the next was that it was delivered to the wrong address, then there were many other last minute excuses. We never saw our door, now don't think that they even made the door, so we finally gave up in October 2022. We did get our $900 deposit back (after they said they'd talk to the owners but we never heard any apology, heard from the owners). The whole ordeal was very disappointing and unbelievably unprofessional. Not sure how this company is still in business. 100% do not recommend.

These were installed by ProVision .One window was replaced by Martin (us paying for the re-install by ProVision) 3 times over the last 23 years and yet again in 2023 it needs to be replaced due to seal loss. This time Martin windows has indicated that they will not cover the warranty due to faulty installation by ProVision

The doors were installed well. The soffit and fascia however were a disaster. They sent a subcontractor (without informing or asking me that it was going to be contracted out to a third party) who worked 4 hours destroying my existing soffit and repaired nothing and called the job complete. Matheson admitted he was a rookie and I agreed he should come back under supervision to redo the job. He did come back but still did subpar work. I was then assured he would fix the project though he chose not to show up either time. Finally they sent out professionals who did manage to get the fascia correctly installed but they never repaired/replaced the soffit initially covered up (but not repaired by the amateur) nor installed gutters that were included in the quote I was given and asked to pay. In the weeks that went by between the subcontractor and the actual company a family of squirrels moved into my garage and set up a nest which I was left to deal with and assured the job was complete...

Lost the case but learned that it is far far better to work with an actually competent professional company who will warranty and stand by their work especially in cases of more expensive or specialty doors and windows. Deal with Delorey and Levy and expect to be told to cheap out and cut corners, and have work done by absolute buffoons who have no business doing any sort of construction work. I was literally told by their owner to hire in a handyman when they seemed unable to correct the issues and yet they completely deny this. This is a company barely hanging on and for good reason.
