This place is a scam, I've been paying these people for 4 years over 5 thousand I have put into this and they tell me I'm not eligible for 6 months plus. I call the parol board before applying and was told I was eligible. Not to mention at the time of the intake I explained I had a lot on my record they told me 1,400 it would cost and just before yhe year was up they told be it would be an additional 2,700 because I had lots of conviction. I asked for a refund 2 days after signing up and paying, they do not respond to email and after going through the fine print it says they do not give a refund after 10 days. I have phoned about 10 times so far, what a run around, liers. I was also charged to much for the service. As it is posted on the web site 900 and they charged me 1500. Tim James called me December 29th at 3:19 pm and interrupted our Christmas family gathering. He proceeded to yell at me for 16 minutes. He did this because I was upset in an email and told them to "wake the fuck up and contact me". I did this after many days and weeks of being ignored. I signed up with them a few months ago and quickly realized their services were not for me. Spoke to a lawyer who agreed to accomplish the same tasks they provide at a fraction of the cost and 10 times the speed. I followed their cancellation process and paid a cancellation fee to terminate the relationship. In spite of this they continue to bill my credit card. after spending $ 1400.00 dollars and waiting eight months, for a us entry waiver application, i was given outdated and discontinued forms. waiver application was refused due to these issues. after contacting the the company i was told they did their work and refused a refund. they are corrupt and incompetent and would not recommend them to anyone. read more
