I wish I'd read these reviews before placing an online order of over $150 worth of cat food with this company! It seems chaotic delivery and poor customer service is standard. They provided neither advance notice nor confirmation of delivery until nearly 5 hours after the parcel was delivered, in downtown Toronto where porch theft is rampant. The parcel was stolen from my front porch while I was at home, unaware that it had been delivered! I found the damaged box outside with only a cheap cat toy remaining. The company did not respond to emails and voicemail messages for four days. When I finally spoke with someone they refused any responsibility and claimed they had emailed me the night before (no sign of their message in any folder). They need to upgrade their communication system and hire a more reliable shipping agent if they expect to retain online customers, especially in big cities. (BTW they also go by the name of Harbour Hound Pet Supplies and use both names in their automated email system, adding to the sense of chaos and confusion.) read more

We placed the order for dog food March 24. It did not arrive until April 9 (in Halifax). We had ordered several boxes of Go! Dog Food. They sent cat food in place of one of the boxes (note we'd paid considerably more for a box of dog food than the cat food cost - about double). We sent them pictures of the cat food they had sent. They did not respond. We gave the cat food to a neighbor who had a cat. So, for the neighbor, the story had a nice ending. By the time the company responded, they said they would not do anything since we did not have the product anymore. We had not wanted to go to the trouble of sending it back (a bit much to ask a 90 year old woman to do, don't you think)..Do not deal with this company! read more

Hope you are not in a hurry!! Still waiting for my order since October 19... they web site is mentioning still processing. 2 items... WOW.. I have called twice... still no answer and do not know when I will get that order. Do not waste you time, get on Chewy, you will be sure to have your order in time and not have to run miles to get food in the mean time that your order is still on the shelf of the place. Absolutely terrible service on delivery. The staff is nice, but the owner goofed on a delivery to my apartment, following another tenant in after ringing the buzzer once. When I went downstairs to let him in, he went upstairs..and when I headed back upstairs and finally met him he acted like I'd been the one at fault. But it got worse. I made the mistake of placing a large order and paying in advance, three months later. The owner phoned with mock-politeness on the day the delivery was due to say that he wasn't going to deliver it, that 'it was his decision, not the staff's' and that I could pick it up myself, but it would be better if I shopped elsewhere. Mind you, this is four days after I have paid for the materials AND the delivery. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and there is better selection of pet food elsewhere. I'm very pleased to take my business to a better store but just hope I get my money back. If not, he can add another leaf to his laurels. Shop anywhere else. read more
