I subscribed to Vivint a year ago in Penticton for a vehicle alarm system. They did not properly…read moreset up my account/profile so I could not access the alarm service. They, however, continued to charge my credit account monthly. I went back and forth with them over the phone to try to resolve and was unsuccessful as no one there knew how to fix the problem. Finally in March of this year, I asked them to cancel my subscription and issue a full refund for services that were never provided. After receiving no response, I requested two more times that my subscription be cancelled and that I received a full refund. To date, they are still charging my credit card. Very bad company to deal with. Buyer beware as it seems that once you sign up, you can't get out!!!! And in my case, this is all for nothing as they have not provided me with the product I am paying for. Branton in Penticton. Aug 27/20.
