I just became a customer. My first delivery was perfect. It arrived as scheduled. I reordered and this time the delivery came one day ahead and I am left with 14 bottles. 7 full and 7 empty because they arrived the day before they were supposed to. There is no way of contacting the local delivery company. Each call is handled by a Florida call centre. Over the holidays my place was chock full of bottles with guest asking what is going on. After reading all the reviews complaining about delivery service I am so disappointed. What is wrong with the owner? Has he no business skills? All your customers are cancelling on you and you make no effort to improve your service. What a shame. read more

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The people in the call centre were very friendly and tried to be helpful however the Richmond BC service group are absolutley the worst. Three dates they were supposed to show up to pick up a watercooler and leftover bottles from our business when it closed down. Each date they no showed. I made it very clear that I had to drive an hour to meet them there. 6 hours of my time wasted. Nov 26 2025 the service person finally shows up and does not say one single work to me. He was upset because I asked for a one hour advanced call and when he called he said he would be there in 45 minutes. I told him I needed the one hour to drive there. We purchased their dispenser with hot water, cold water and the coffee feature, The cold water was warm, the hot wasn't hot enough and the coffee feature wasn't usable because it sprayed coffee all over the floor. We came in one morning to find that water had been spurting all over the flooring (I sent them the video of this showing where it was coming from) causing damage to the flooring and baseboards. We are trying to get information together regarding the damages but I was informed that if I don't pay the $80.00 bill immediately that we would be in collections. So their terrible faulty equipment caused damages and they are so petty they are chasing us for the $80.00. I wont ever use this company again, nobody should read more

Dont know why they have an app when they don't follow the delivery dates provided on the apps. Sometimes they deliver before the delivery date and don't pick up the empty bottles. Then they skipped two deliveries and said it was because my account was on hold. After giving them more than 3 chances, I am cancelling my subscription. read more

Absolutely the worst service and it's hard to believe but it would be easier to go to local shopping center to pick up your own water. Broken bottles, delivery guy refuses to deliver even close to the door and refuses to give ordered water. Calls to inform he's coming so we can meet him at the road so we can bring empties and unload our water and bring it back to our house. He arrives on the road and lays on his horn and calls all customers in neibourhood to instruct them to drive to the road to bring empties and pick up there water. Talked to customer service many times and they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT USE this company or cancel your gym membership. You won't need it after doing thier drivers job. read more

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs! I ordered my first water delivery. They told me the delivery would be between 8am - 5pm, next Tuesday. I took the day off work to wait for them, because my driveway is very hard to find, and I knew I'd need to direct them in. After waiting at home all day, I called to find out why no one showed up. I was told that they'd cancelled my delivery. The person couldn't explain why they cancelled, but rescheduled for the following Thursday (between 8am - 5pm). I took another day off work to wait for them all day. At 4:30pm I called and learned that they cancelled my delivery again. I needed to know why. After being put on hold 3 times and talking to 3 different people, someone was finally able to tell me that in my town (Gibsons), they don't deliver to homes. Only businesses. I REALLY wish they'd told me this at the beginning. I wasted so much time and lost a lot of wages. read more

Vaughan Ontario: Our December water delivery of 1 bottle did not happen. When I called, I was told it would be 3 days later(a Saturday I might add which made no sense). It still did not arrive. I called again and the agent said she would arrange a special delivery and pickup of our 4 empties. The driver then proceeded to ignore my instructions on my file and left 4 full bottles at my front door. I called again and told the agent that I did not want any more water bottle deliveries until I personally call to request them. Well that went ignored. We received another delivery this past Tuesday! I called and asked to speak to a Supervisor who told me there was no delivery scheduled so he would arrange to have it picked up. Well guess what, it is still outside by my front door. Your service is really poor and clearly staff training is non existent. This experience clearly tells me to close my account with Canadian Springs. And BTW when I try and change my profile location, it does not get corrected. read more

Kwame is the person that delivers our water monthly and he is respectful, polite and always helpful when he arrives to drop off our water containers. On Tuesday July 23rd, Kwame and Odaine dropped off a new water cooler for our centre and installed the item. They ensured the water cooler was working by testing the cooler before they left for the day. Thank you Kwame and Odaine for your help and support! read more

Terrible service. We have now called them 7 times and still no water delivery. After calling 4 times to follow up we were promised water the next business day and still NOTHING. Finally we called for the 5th time and requested to talk to a supervisor. His name was Christopher and promised us that the water would get to us asap. Much to our dismay after waiting again for 5 days no water was delivered. We called back AGAIN and were told that our delivery was cancelled on their end. So we had to schedule again. Waited another 3 days and still no delivery. All together we have been empty and waiting for water delivery for over 5 weeks!! This company is absolutely incompetent. We are ending our business with them TODAY!! DO NOT USE CANADIAN SPRINGS!! Spare yourself the headache and hire another reputable company to have your water delivered. read more

If I can rate negative stars, I would. I rented 1 water cooler and ordered 2 5-gallons bottled waters on their website. They kept delaying the delivery date. Finally they delivered 3 5-gallons waters to me and I asked them where was the water cooler I rented. They told me they don't have the cooler so they replaced it with a bottled water. Could they take a moment to think about why I ordered a water cooler? BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ONE! WHY WOULD I NEED A EXTRA BOTTLE WATER WITHOUT A WATER COOLER MAN? And they told me it would take about weeks to get the water cooler to be delivered. I said it would be to long. The customer service RECOMMENDED me to cancel my account and told me to call the delivery guy for returning the waters. They guy came pick the water and I never get the refund and I sent an email to them again. They said there was NO evidence that I had returned my bottle waters and they don't have returned policy, therefore NO REFUND CAN BE MADE and I couldn't even get my 67 dollars back. If they don't have a return policy why would their customer service wanted me to call the delivery guy for picking up the bottled waters at the first place? Ridiculous. read more

Horrible customer service. I wish I could speak to someone and suggest improvements to their water service and bottle quality. No one ever returned my call. We had several incidents of leaky water bottles and the last one caused overnight flooding in our brand new office. I think the quality control is suffering and the company does not have a process for "damage" control. Initially I got the dispenser and jugs I needed, but when I went to cancel my account because I moved away, they did not respond to me forever and when I finally got them to pick a date to come pick up the dispenser and left over jugs (a date of their choosing), they did not show up at all. Very disappointing and frustrating. I just got the notification that they are still charging me for renting the dispenser which I wanted them to pick up a long time ago. As angry as I am about the horrendous customer service being provided by this company over the past 6 months, it is strangely satisfying to know that I'm not alone. We have been clients for years and the deterioration of their service over that time has been astronomical. Regularly missed deliveries to the point where I'm speaking to the same customer service agents multiple times. Most recently, we've missed our regular delivery and 3 follow up deliveries over a 10-day period. Always the same response, apologies, driver issues, we'll have someone call you and we'll set you up for the next day - nope. No escalation process available which is mind blowing. Make a missed delivery a priority!!! Service cancellation coming next week. Too bad I can't give less than a 1 star rating. Just horrendous. read more

I can't believe it! Yet again we have not had our water delivered! There are two residences (two separate households for billing) at the same address and this is the second time we have not received our monthly delivery in Langley, B.C. The last time it happened (just 2 months ago) it took one whole month before they rectified it. This is unacceptable !! I called the head office today and spoke to somebody who said that they would notify the delivery people and if there was a problem they would call me. Exactly the same thing was said last time and just like before... nobody has called either household to let us know why or when they will correct it! WE HAVE NO WATER. This is the 5th month our water hasn't been delivered on time. I had to start calling once an hour to demand water, which had been ready TWO WEEKS LATE. Every time I called the operator would say my call has been escalated, but nothing happens, and still no water! I spoke to many operators on the phone and one person even said there is nothing he could do, but he could help me terminate my account. Just an awful experience overall. read more

Very disappointed. I get deliveries at home once a month. The normal pattern is I get a call to alert me of a delivery the next day so I can leave my bottles out. The past two months they have not come. I have called and been told I'm on the priority list and it will come the next day. Last month this went on every day until the water was delivered a week later. This month it's been now over a week and still no water but I was told every time I called that it was coming that day. Now, with a heat wave coming, I'm totally out of water! Why can't they make their delivery schedule? If they can't make it, why is there not a way in this modern world to let the customer know? I have been a customer for 28 years with Canadian Springs. Not once did they miss a delivery until last February 2019 when they changed computer systems and issued new account numbers. It has been a nightmare trying to get my delivery every month. Last delivery was in December 2019. Next delivery was scheduled for February 19th. No delivery. Called and delivery changed to 20th. Gave them one more chance. Called again delivery changed to 21st. Had asked to have a manager call me to discuss this but never heard from anyone. I final had had enough and cancelled my account. They didn't even care that I had been a customer for so long. If you are planning on water delivery I would consider someplace else. read more

Now let me see where I can start .. ok I started getting water delivery from this company when they were still Polaris..I bought two water dispensers from them, one for my business and one for my home. The water delivery was ok in the beginning and finally at home I never got my water. Later I would call because I didn't get it's d again I never got it . So I went to check my mail and it was in front of the building... I asked for them to take it the back. Not knowing weather any one tampered with it . I said I didn't want it. Finally after awhile I discontinued my service. And picked up my own water at a local store. So finally same fate for my business... I discontinued my service, not that I had bad service . It was cause all the sediment after the water was gone . They said they we natural minerals, but I don't want my family and my pets to ingest that . And I know for a fact that's spring water is not like that. Anyways they owe me money for the bottle return,which happens to be a$10 deposit in which they don't want to return ... so 6 phone calls and two e-mails later. I called back to question, once again my refund and there answer was.."we sent it out on April 16th and it takes anywhere from 6-13 weeks.., WTF??? I said how are sending that on a ship around the world??? That's an awfully g time to wait for a check to come from Toronto Ontario! Anyways if y'all are smart I wouldn't suggest using them as your delivery service.. read more

Just saw a couple racks of 18.9L Canadian Springs water hauling into Pricesmart Foods in their Richmond Store on Ackroyd Rd. I have chatted with their store manager and he said their company has to use their own trucks to haul the water from Canadian Springs and distribute to all their stores. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. We were loyal customers for over 22 years but cancelled our account last week because they have missed the last 5 scheduled bottled water deliveries to our house. When we call to complain, the CSRs simply do not care. They say it is not their fault, all of their drivers are quitting and they have no one to deliver the water. We repeatedly asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss the situation, and no one ever called. Now I have 7 empty bottles that I doubt they will ever come to pick up. Which means we are owed $70 in deposit fees! Add to this their exorbitant prices, the fact that they are still using #7 plastic bottles which contain BPA (the new water company we just signed up with uses BPA free bottles), and the issue of them keeping their bottles in circulation far too long (we have had numerous "leakers" over the past two years - and the filth that is on some of the bottles they deliver is revolting!), and I can't see this company being in business much longer. read more
