Brisket Bruschetta ....delicious!!
Karmen N.

The wait times were long (very busy on a Sat evening!), but the food was delicious! Especially the brisket bruschetta which had well balanced flavours. Cheese curds were a bit tough instead of melty, but not bad chocolate cake. The cornbread was dense and oily, shaped in muffins and had an interesting sweet butter dip for it. A little pricey but very full after this meal.

Butternut squash soup and corn bread

Food was so tasty. Loved the corn bread and wish I could have had more space to keep trying more food. Portions are a good size. I recommend trying to make reservations as this place got full when we finished getting seated. Our server was so helpful and super sweet (Shella). Ambient is very chill and layers back. If you're in the area give this place a try.

Apple Pie with custard filling, sweet dough crust alamode
Karla W.

I found this Restaurant on Yelp and we had excellent food. We had the baby back ribs and rib eye. We also shared a Poutine for an appetizer and the Apple pie for dessert. The place is loud so if your looking for quiet this is not the place for you. Ambiance is happening and fun! Service was quick and prompt. There was an error on a drink order or I would be doing five stars. Still a very good place to eat! Make sure and check it out for yourself.

Really good steak dinner. Great service and friendly waitress especially when she found out my wife is Filipina.

It's good but more or less just like bar food. Nothing too special. Not too generous on greens but my salmon came in quite a good portion.

I had seen a lot of great reviews for this place, so I was excited to try Ranchers Sports Bar &…read moreGrill -- but unfortunately, it ended up being a little underwhelming. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the decor definitely delivered on the "ranch" vibe. The old-style wooden chairs and overall atmosphere gave it a cozy, rustic feel that I really liked. The food, however, was a bit hit or miss. We ordered the chicken strips, which honestly felt a little disappointing. They were cooked properly, but the chicken itself had an odd taste that threw me off. I had onion rings on the side -- they were good, but nothing particularly memorable. We also ordered two 1-lb orders of wings (hot honey and salt & pepper), and these were definitely the highlight of the meal. The wings were cooked really well, juicy without being dry, and both flavours were delicious. Overall, great service and atmosphere, but the food quality felt inconsistent. I'd come back for the wings, but probably skip the chicken strips next time. They also have a 7.99$ for 1LB of wings, which was definitely a bonus.

Reasonable prices for the potions and quality of the food and the service is pretty decent. The first time we went in our bartender/ server was great, wasn't super busy so we chatted a little bit and she gave us recommendations and was very quick to put our food in and get our drinks. The second time a different bartender/ server was not as good. It was less busy than the first time but she would go to the kitchen (which we can see from the bar) and be talking and laughing and we would have to waive her down a few times. But the food was great! Highly recommend the peirogies, they are crispy and have lots of filling and don't seem to be frozen ones from the grocery store they seem home made!

I cannot say enough about the server. Both nights we were here it was the same lovely lady with exceptional skills. Anyways, we stopped into Milos for a bite to eat after a fun day of snowboarding. We came on a Saturday evening and the place was somewhat busy. Our waitress was very sweet and quick to bring us our drinks (teas, coffee and water) right away. After that, not that it was her fault, they took forever to bring out our food. Kitchen was SO slow. Didn't know it was that hard too make salads... For food, this is what we ordered although I only tried two of them: - Chicken caesar salad ($13.50) - 2x Cajun caesar salad ($13.50) - the cajun chicken was good. Not much cajun or spice too it but it was cooked well. The caesar salad had too much dressing on it for my tastes. - Chicken fettucini alfredo ($18.50) - shared this with my buddy and it was probably the blandest fettucini alfredo I've ever had. No flavour at all. Almost reminded me of Michelino's...you know the ones you get out of the box. Yikes. - Lasagna ($16) - Cheeseburger ($12) - somehow my buddy's burger came without any cheese on it... Menu had a ton of greek options but they were super expensive ($20-30 price range). Definitely overpriced and based on the food that we ate, I would not want to spend that much on their food. I like how they had all the sports games on (watched some Raonic/Bouchard doubles tennis) but they need to condense the menu and focus on doing a couple of dishes well. Or figure out their identity. Is it Greek? Bar? Why is there pizza on the menu?

The chocolate milk was a bit lacking, but the caramel macchiato was actually very good! I'd recommend it if you're looking for a classic, no-frills breakfast on the go.

In addition to the normal diner food, they also had what looked like Asian food including butter chicken. I called in on my burner cellphone and ordered a fettucine alfredo for my wife, and a steak and eggs breakfast for myself. After arriving, I waited a few minutes and was given my food after paying. After receiving my food, I immediately drove back to the hotel. To my surprise, when I got back to the hotel, not only did I get my steak and eggs, the fettucine alfredo, but, I also had a bonus box of ginger beef. The food was okay. It was diner food. Service was okay. They did try to contact me on my burner cellphone to let me know that I received a bonus, but, I left the phone in the car. It's an okay place.

From the…read moremoment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a unique charm that set the tone for a memorable evening. A unique cocktail menu was too inviting. I'm huge fan of Negronis so when I saw "Spicy Negroni" it was must try. It was very nice and a great twist to a Negroni, I must admit I'm a purist and will go back to my traditional Negronis in the future. The Mussels were steamed in white wine, cream, shallots, mushrooms and fresh herbs and served warm pita. They were fresh and flavorful, perfectly seasoned and served in a rich broth that begged to be soaked up with pita bread. Entree selected as the Lemon Sesame Schnitzel, it was a pork loin breaded with lemon zest, sesame seeds and ground crispy rice then fried. This was served with potato salad made with new potato chunks mixed with chorizo and green onion aioli, this was atop some arugula (could have left off the arugula). Black sesame seeds were a great ingredient to the breading giving in unique flavor. The schnitzel was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, every bite was a delight! Service was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend The Raven for anyone looking for top-notch food and a cozy, welcoming vibe.
