Honestly shocked that nothing has been done about her, especially upon learning that she's consistently this way towards people. The manager tends to hide in the back I don't know if he does not like customers, but he should make more of an appearance than he does. When it came to buying my purchase there was a line up. What was surprising was how long the line up was and that they have 2 tills but were only using one. There were 2 cashiers at the front but it appeared that one of them was very busy with some sort of paper work and not too interested in putting that aside to help get the people through the till. Then low and behold a third person shows up and didn't bother to help at all. This is a small city and reputation are made or broken by word of mouth. Where was the manager??
