The old lady behind customer service is incredibly rude and according to other employees, her being condescending towards customers is not a rare occurrence at all. Honestly shocked that nothing has been done about her, especially upon learning that she's consistently this way towards people. All I did was try asking some questions regarding the pharmacy and she felt the need to throw insults at me and make it well established that my 2-3 questions were considered by her to be a complete inconvenience and waste of her time. I have been disappointed time after time. I took my car in to get the oil changed because I was desperate, and I didn't have any other option. First of all they got oil all over my engine compartment. Second they moved as slow as molasses on a February morning. It took them and hour and a half to change the oil, and there was no one else in front of me in line. I was in a hurry but they just took their sweet time. When it was finally done I got in to drive away and there was oil everywhere. On my mats all over the outside of my car, I was not happy, so I sent a letter to the store manager with my complaint and I didn't hear a word from him. Secondly the new WalMart is crap. I usually only go there to pick up an item or two and when I am waiting in the express lane there is only one cashier checking people out. So how does this make sense? This is suppose to be the express lane and I am standing in a line with 15 other people waiting for the cashier moving in slow motion. Give me a break. I have had it with this store sure you get cheap prices but at what cost? In exchange for cheap prices you get poor service, get to shop in a hideously ugly store, stand in line like you are waiting for the roller coaster at Disneyland. I for one have had it, no more will WalMart be getting any more of my money. read more

The prices are pretty good. Could be cleaner and better stocked. There was a man there in gym shorts with a massive erection so I don't know if that should rate it higher or lower? It was a pretty impressive one. Would come again. As long as that guy is there. read more

I have contacted Walmart regarding there cleanliness before and apparently that means nothing to them. The washrooms stink and are dirty i watched the person cleaning and she didnt seem to care when i said there was no soap or papertowel. The change rooms are disgusting took off my shoes to rry some on and my socks were filthy. Plus there were clothesmleft on the floor. I attempted to speak to some who was management and i felt he did not care lousy customer service. Got better places to spend my money and i have met plenty of people who agree. read more

It's Walmart - they are pretty similar throughout the world. Cheap-ish prices on a large variety of goods. That being said - This particular Walmart is frustrating to shop in. I find that their selection is usually lacking, the staff are seldom particularly helpful, and the food section is awful (I'm starting to think that is a Canadian Super Walmart problem - The one's I've been to in the states are much better). read more

It is so large. It is nice to have so many options but to get anywhere u have to travels a mile. Then if you forgot something at one end u have to go all the way to the other end. The new walmart store is not nearly as good as the old one.. The shelves are empty as they do not seem to stock at night.. I have taken products up to the checkout that comes up wrong even though the price is clearly marked on the shelf. It is removed (price) when the clerk phones and changed to the computor price.. Also, the music is horrendous. They have played the same tune or singer continuously since they they opened.. Its enough to say to hell with it and go somewhere else to shop. read more

We do most of our grocery shopping at Wal-Mart. We find their produce to be pretty good actually, especially their lettuce. Their meat, however, not so good. However, I will NEVER go back to their garage again. I had bought a Fram oil filter from them as I was doing my own oil changes. After I changed the oil in my truck I left my brothers and I noticed that there was an oil slick behind my truck. Well it turned out the Fram oil filter as faulty (I know it's not Wal-Mart's fault). But seeing as I did buy it from them I was taking it back for a refund. Guess what? They refused to give me my money back and told me I had to go through Fram. NOT HAPPENING. I told them I can stand here all day if I have to. So after they tried every trick in the book to weasel out of giving my money back they finally caved. I could not believe how they were being with me. I came within mere minutes of blowing my engine!! There was ZERO oil on my dipstick when I got back to my brothers garage. Had to have my truck towed (thank god for AMA), but the crap they put me through, what a bunch of crap. read more
