All the staff could say is that it was to expensive for them pay for the repair, but they can give 1000 in store credit whoop whoop... Like that would cover the cost of a new dryer? Overpriced and crap service. The way the staff spoke to my mother in law was pathetic and then acted like she was the problem when she was asking for HELP... Honestly shop anywhere else this business has lost the integrity it once had.

I visited Maple Avenue to purchase chairs and we were told that the chairs would arrive in 3 to 4…read moreweeks. We are now sitting on week 5 entering week 6 and when I called today, and asked "when would the chairs come in?" ..... I was told " I don't know when the chairs will be here" and ".....it could be delivered in another 10 days"...... it "could be" another 10 days?! It is very hard to accept a "maybe" and "could be" delivery date when I see this business has been here for so long???? Is this the first time that an order was placed with this supplier? While I realize that everything is manufactured in CHINA, and lead times are long, we were certainly not told this on the date of our order that the delivery would be FIVE to SIX weeks!

Bought at Ashley's in Medicine Hat staff was good, had a technician come over to look he sent…read morepictures to the company they said it's not covered because it's called pilling. You can see right through to the foam. Seams are coming apart. We paid for five years warranty had about a year and a half and what a hassle to get someone to come look at it even.

I bought a $2000 bed, plush...son had to pick it up, as I was told it was $149 to deliver…read moreit....later reading the info. finding out it was free, but costs $149 to bring it into the house and put it on the bed...anyway, got it home, on the bed, hard as a rock, they had sent me an xfirm mattress....phoned immediately....again...and again...five days later, i was finally told my exchange had been approved by the big office....I thought that was very nice of them...a week later, I finally had to physically go into the store, only to find out it would be another two weeks before a bed would be made for me...so I cancelled the order...which I couldn't do...beds are final sale...even though this wasent my bed...I then asked for them to pick up their mattress so I wouldn't have to be sleeping on the floor in the other bedroom...because I had to keep this mattress clean...oh no!...they don't pick up till they drop off! Phone customer care...it's their problem!!..I phoned customer care...he could not have cared if I was sleeping on a bed of nails...and said...sorry...you can't cancel your bed...final sale...and besides it's not my problem...it's the stores!...MY personal experience of the staff there was excellent...it was all what went on behind...and all the cover ups they did and didn't tell you...I would never ever shop there again....the Brick for me! Under half the cost for delivery!

we did buy a package fridge range and dishwasher on March 7, 2026. the fridge we got in a week the…read moreway they told us and They said 2 to 3 weeks for the dishwasher and range but that took till May 7 2026 and they send us a different dishwasher than what we ordered. Not happy about it we had to do dishes by hand for two months if somebody is looking for appliances right away, don't go to the brick. We will not go back there again.

One stop shop and the customer service is really top notch here!! When moving to a new place and it's time to decorate no better place then Bed Bath & Beyond.
