She has sold me smokes, food, junk water etc on at least 10 different occasions in the last year (cause thankfully she doesn't work often). I went in she asked to see my ID, I live across the street and just ran over for smokes so I didn't bring it, I said "I don't have it on me but you've sold them to me before". She rudely crossed her arms and said "you know it's like the law right? and I've never seen you before". I said "okay fine" and left to get my ID. I come back set my ID on the counter and the useless blonde scoffs at it, reads my name tosses the ID back at me and says "I refuse to serve you". I laughed and asked her if she was joking. she says "No you THREW YOUR ID ACROSS THE ROOM AT ME! YOU'RE SO RUDE I REFUUUUUUUUUUUSE TO SERVE YOU GET OUT!!!!" I literally laughed and asked if she was scared of getting a paper cut which she proceeded to tell me to get out again. The two other poor guys that were working there looked at her like she was retarded and shook their heads. I asked if she was retarded which was a valid question seeing how she somehow confused setting an ID on the counter with throwing at it her. Anyways I went over to the other line with this sweet old guy that laughed and asked how was I now. I laughed and said "good but apparently I should never leave the house without makeup, cause that girl has served me on at least 10 different occasions but every time I had makeup on." He said "yep that sounds like her alright" and I left. To the managers or owners of the place, you really need to get rid of that horrible blonde with the nose ring. She is rude, lazy and refuses to serve people based on either the fact of their name or gender which she has personal issues with. I have NEVER in my life been in a place of business where the workers are allowed to refuse service to a customer because they don't like them. I have NEVER in my life worked at a place that allowed me to do no work and refuse to service people while still paying them. To my knowledge you need to be KIND, Helpful and pleasant to work in the service industry. I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly by paid staff. I have never had an issue there besides with that horrible, entitled, rude and lazy blonde with the nose ring. Everyone else is so sweet and kind, but that bottle dyed blonde is just the rudest, coldest nattiest piece of work I've come across at a place of business. If I knew who the owner was I would call them directly to file a complaint, cause what happened was totally unacceptable. To the lazy blonde with the nose ring, it must be nice to get paid to work at a place were you get to be rude, refuse service and make your two older gentlemen co-workers do your work for you. I honestly don't know how you still have a job there cause everytime I've been in there when you are, you never smile, you're rude to everyone and it just plainly seems like you couldn't give two hot fucks about your job. Do better and get better.
