Allied said there was no damage and the hole in the baseboard where the termites came out we could easily patch up ourselves. We had them inspect yearly for the next 5 years with no further signs of activity. Well we came to find out that the "no damage" from when we moved in was far from the case. I sent pics to Allied to show them; they sent a rep out to get a first hand look; owner called and offered to come back out and treat but never received that follow-up call for the appointment. The damage was from years ago and is extensive. We were unaware of termite bonds.

We requested Allied to inspect the reinserted traps since they held the bond for termite protection. Phone calls and emails went unanswered. Requested prorated refund on a 12-month program and they pronounced "NO REFUNDS" So there you have it. Unresponsive to the services contracted for and no refunds for the services not provided. Reminds me of "snake oil"

Consequently I decided to cancel service. This is when I was told that I signed a six-month commitment and that to cancel I had to pay $90. This was never explained to me and I didn't catch it in the fine print. I'm feeling ripped off and extremely disappointed. So be very careful if you sign up that you're on the hook for more than you realize. I don't recommend using Bug n a Rug based on lack of results, but if you do be aware of your financial commitment.
