I had to fix the door by busting some of the frame to get the door to close. just for me to be told there's nothing they can do. common curtsey would have been to let me know they wasn't able to get the door closed so I could have went out that day to close the door, instead of it being left open for 3 days. poor communication and very unprofessional. When they came to treat my house for pests, they did a sloppy job and didn't even get rid of the problem. I had to call them multiple times to follow up and they were unresponsive and uninterested in helping me. To make matters worse, their prices were outrageous for the terrible service they provided. I would not recommend Dodson Pest Control to anyone in the Wilmington area. Avoid them at all costs. To make matters worse I've had multiple technicians come to my house because one has quit because of the management. The last guy was getting ready to quit and he told me that they can't keep good help and they go through managers at least 4 times a year. I have talked to several people in my neighborhood and they have heard the same thing. The technician also told me and my husband that one of the sales guys fell through a customers attic recently and laughed about it to everyone in the office. He never got wrote up and spoken to about it. We also heard that one of the guys who was actually great and really went the extra mile was out with a heart condition and when he came back and was cleared and they fired him. He's now working at End Game Pest Control. I would highly recommend Keith Larue at END GAME Pest Control Company. We have been using Keith and he knows what he's doing. All the guys there use to work at Dodson who left because of the company was sinking fast. Now they are making a name for their self. Thanks for reading my review. When we shared the sign he said "oh I can't read." When at a house that has a sign posted above his doorbell the owner pointed to the door and he said "oh no I don't smoke." One guy blocked me in my driveway while I was trying to leave. This is not professional or a good sign of business especially if you can't respect people in general. The behaviors and disregard to request is disrespectful and distasteful. We called the company and all they could say is well we told them not to that's all we can do. I made…read morethe mistake of hiring this company after the salesman assured us that we can cancel at any time, so I figured if they don't do a good job I can just cancel and be done with it, so after the first appointment they sprayed and we saw no improvement, called and were told to give it six more visits before we would notice a difference, so I complied and after six visits there were no changes, so when we called to cancel services they said that we were under a contract and couldn't cancel until the contract was up. I'd say that they charge way too much considering that the quality of services rendered is terrible. This company is straight up con artists and should be shut down and dismantled!
