The second job was a complete fail . It was to replace , stain and seal my wood steps . Prior to starting I asked if we should wait until warmer weather and he said it wasn't necessary. Over the next 5 days it became clear that no sealant was done and the appropriate amount of stain was not applied . When contacted he said he would come back but did not call or complete the project.
