-- Sloppy, unprofessional, unreliable I hired Irbin to paint my kitchen and it was a disaster. He pressured me into a color, bought paint without confirming, and painted only three cabinet doors before I realized it wasn't what we agreed on. He insisted it was "too late" to change (not true) and often wasn't on site -- leaving a young worker who didn't speak English to finish without supervision. The paint was mixed wrong, holes were drilled incorrectly in my custom cabinets, the house was left messy and uncovered, and he kept adding costs after the original estimate. He canceled appointments twice and repeatedly delayed finishing my kitchen. I will be reporting this to the authorities and the bureau. Avoid him. read more

If I can give 10 stars I would! My husband called Perez painting (Irbin) to get the interior walls of our 1400 sq foot condo painted one color. We called 3 companies total but went with Perez painting because their price beat the other two by a long shot. Our condo is currently listed (now in contract) so we were in a hurry to have it done. Called Irbin on a Friday we set it up for the following Wednesday. We couldn't do it over that weekend because we needed our condo decluttered and cleaned. My husband and I work from home so it's difficult to coordinate a good time for home repairs and renovations because of the loud noise, but Irbin was more than accommodating. He suggested him and his crew come the following Wednesday to do the upstairs ( we both work from home downstairs) and they would come back that following Saturday to do the downstairs. He says his crew usually doesn't work on Sat and Sundays but he will do it for us. Just for offering that, my husband offered to give him an extra $200. He and his crew were here promptly at 8:30am like he said they would on both days. On Wednesday he was here painting with his crew and I was highly appreciative because most of the time you hire with a contractor or owner, his crew just shows up and does the work. He was there with them on Wednesday which I am truly appreciative of and stayed and painted with the crew. There were a few areas in the condo that he went ahead and painted for us, for free, where he didn't have to. After the work was done, they cleaned up. The finished product was something I would have never thought could've been done. There was not one single flaw in his paint job. NOT ONE. In our whole condo, job was done immaculate. Irbin is a great guy and I know he and his company will be very successful and a force to be reckoned with. He is my go-to painting company for life. When more previously unseen wood rot was found around a few windows they brought this to my attention and these areas were properly repaired. The workers had the needed materials on hand. Irbin is on time and will get the job done with POOR QUALITY. Within 30 days after he completed the job, the paint began to chip. He gets moody and upset when asked to fix it, and they also took our empty jewelry box. He is okay to do walls, but NOT TRIM. read more
