I scheduled an appointment in the spring, received several confirmations making sure I'd be home for the appt. Technician never arrived. Called office and they seemed unaware of the situation. Did nothing to assist with rescheduling. Scheduled another appt for mid October, and just received a automated message stating my appt had been cancelled. No explanation. Called the office and they said my area is no longer being serviced. No apology. No explanation. Can not recommend this business. Sad too, b/c I've used the several times before with good results. Andrew from splash called on his way and arrived on time. He explained the whole process and started to work on our 50+ windows. I told him they aren't just clean, they're invisible. " So I guess I'm in the minority here but I am pissed. I'll preface this by saying I used them once before and it was great the last time. And the price was great (99 dollars) This time, they came to clean my gutters (have 8 different short sections of gutters). A month after the job I noticed two of the gutters overflow badly when raining. With working from home and homeschooling kids I didn't have time to reach out until 3 weeks after this. (7 weeks after job) The response was "pollen" and other debris reclogged them in 7 weeks. But they'd be happy to come out again for another 99 dollars. Really? The job was done mid March, not Fall. So what, your suppose to clean your gutters every 2 months? I've had 6 cleanings at this same house before and never had an issue. Further, every other gutter is COMPLETELY clear. So yeah....Pollen... makes sense. I offered to pay half as a gesture of good faith to have them come out (I think that's more than fair). No response. So maybe they're fine most of the time but if you have a problem, you decide if they'll come fix it based on my experience. read more

STUNNING! I can actually see the heavens now! No kidding. I really needed my foyer window and my chandelier clean as they were very overdue and I wanted them done prior to painting. I chose Splash because they seemed to have a very straightforward process and of course I liked the reviews. When I called, I was told that they were booked up until next week so I scheduled for Monday. In the meantime I asked to be placed on their cancellation list. The very next day, I received a call indicating that there had been a cancellation and I could be serviced the following day. I was given an anticipated arrival window and the name of the technician who would be arriving. Andrew called when he was on the way and arrived right on time. He was polite, and gave a thorough presentation of the process and what to expect. He worked thoroughly and efficiently and was very well organized, (his truck was stuffed full of supplies, all neatly organized with a place for everything). Andrew was very neat and worked in a very contained area so there was no inconvenience as I went up and down the stairs. He did a really great job and my only regret is that we were not able to have him complete all of the windows at this time due to limited access. He cleaned the second level exterior windows, inside foyer window and he cleaned the chandelier and changed the bulbs. From this point on, we will definitely have our windows professionally cleaned on a consistent basis by Splash. It just makes a tremendous difference and it is the one area that is easily over looked when deep cleaning or renovating. At the beginning of this review, I mentioned that I can now see the heavens. This is because when Andrew removed the blinds from the foyer window, light flooded in and it was awesome! We decide to leave the blinds off and enjoy the view. Now as I walk through the foyer, I appreciate being able to see the clear blue sky and beautiful white clouds. It's as if the roof has just opened up and allowed the outside to come in. Purchased a living social to get my gutters cleaned. Read through all the fine print to make sure they didn't exclude gutter guards before purchasing. Technician just shows up to do the cleaning and says 'oh, we don't do those'. Hmm....why didn't they ask this before scheduling the appointment? Why isn't it in the fine print? Called their manager and she's say 'it's in the voucher'. I said 'no, it isn't, and I'll be happy to send you my voucher so that you can read it yourself'. Then she backtracks and says 'well, the voucher is for cleaning. not for taking apart gutter guards'. Excuse me? What kind of company are you? They are very clearly new to the business and not sure what they are doing. Be careful. Just fair warning...they will either trick you into buying vouchers that they can't honor or try to overcharge you once you've taken the day off from work to be here for the service. They asked me to look at all windows when they finished in case I saw something dirty that they didn't see. They did it in a reasonable amount of time as well. Affordable, timely, and thorough.
