Limited bake-light and lucite items though the few they DO have are priced fairly. Best part is by far the antique household items. Large selection of records with Lou Reed having his own section! Dressing room is the restroom. Restroom is small, dingy, dirty but again, works with the vibe of the place so it didn't bother me. My girlfriend and I were locked in their store after hours because their Google listing said theyd be open till 5, instead of 4... We got there about 20 till 4 and did our rounds around the shop. We came upon the basement which was dark, I turned the light on to see what's for sale down there because I thought they were going to be open for another hour and we always visit the basement. While we were downstairs they shut off the rest of the lights and left, basment light was still on though. When we came upstairs and realized we were locked in we called them and also left a note with our contact info stating we'd like to come back and buy the items we found. When I talked to Tim the next day he was rude, asking why I thought I had the right to flip the light switch (big deal), instead of apologizing for not changing their hours and locking us in. 2 days later he calls again TWICE, when I call him back he tells me NO ONE saw us come in (we walked by him and at least 2 other employees) and that he was "dubious" as to why we were there, implying we were there to steal! What an INSULT! On top of that, he says we are to never ever come back to their business, all because we had bad info (their fault) and got locked in (their fault ). Later that night he goes one step further and sends me multiple VULGAR and INSULTING text messages, What's your problem Tim? Where's the owner in all of this? She's on vacation so she can't talk to me (in todays age of cell phones). she finally called me and almost seemed to feel bad but EVEN SHE seemed to imply I was in the wrong! She says she hasn't changed the Google listing because she's been toox busy, ITS THE FIRST THING THAT COMES UP WHEN YOUR BUSINESS IS LOOKED UP. Finally, 2 weeks later they changed their hours. Terri, you made a big mistake when you decided to let Tim handle this, I don't care if you were out of town, you should have been the one to talk to me. To summarize : We got locked in because they were too lazy to change their hours and to do their due diligence to make sure no one was in their store before they locked up. We tried to call them immediately, left our contact info and let ourselves out. We went above and beyond to make sure we did what we could to be clear as day that we were simply misinformed, and had no ill intentions. What we got in return was the absolute worst treatment we could ever imagine, down to being actually banned from a store we've spent hundreds at and visited for years. Things then took a VERY personal turn when the manager, Tim Morris, took it upon himself to harrass me via text messages insulting myself and my girlfriend. THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU TOO!

I don't know anything about the carpets sold here. We are new to the area and have Persian Rugs…read morethat needed cleaning so I contacted them. I spoke to Mimi who said they do cleaning. Ultimately I decided to use their services. Mimi said they would pick up and deliver. We told her the rugs would be stired and asked about wrapping/packing for storage. She said once they had the rugs the rugs would be photographed, inspected and I would recieve an email with pricing, and repair possibilities. She said the rugs would be packed.None of this happened. I got a call 2 weeks after pick up saying rug were ready for delivery and cost owed for cleaning. I was perplexed and surprised since I had NOT heard anything and told Mimi so. When delivered they were NOT packed for storage. When I spoke with Mimi denied having said any of it. Get everything in in writing about what is going to take place. Now having said all this I must say Chad who does the pick up and delivery was a very hard working, personable person. Nice guy.

Don and Audrey have continued the quality service that the former owners had established. They are more than willing to take whatever time it takes for you to get the right frame and matting for your print/photo/tapestry. Another poster indicated the work done by Frame Haven is not cheap, which is true. However there is no framing to be done with such personal service that is cheap. That being said, I don't believe you will find a more reasonable place anywhere in the area! The very first time I used Frame Haven, they were almost half the cost of a competitor. I have had them frame everything from cheap prints that I liked to valued family heirlooms. I got the same high level of service and quality product each time. It takes me a little over half an hour to get there, but I'd travel twice that far without hesitation. In fact, we picked up one piece last week and dropped off another. I am picking it up tomorrow!
