Due to the hassle of moving your items, companies like this figure you'll pay the $20 late fee rather than move all your stuff to another business. My recommendation is to choose a different storage company but be careful as this parent company owns other storage locations.

After a month of use it was no longer needed and as I called in to cancel the lease, they informed me I was no longer on the lease and my daughter would have to do it. I am the individual who Initiated, paid for and SIGNED the lease agreement and I nonlonger have any control of the lease and to this contract because of a clerical error they made. instead of fixing their mistake they advised me to cancel the card payment but that would then give them legal means to collect a debt as that does not end the contract. Crooks in business suits.

Next excuse, "I needed to tell them by the end of the month - -it is in the contract". "Whoops you didn't sign that page of the contract". Excuses went on and on.
