Well, it wasn't as comfortable as the older model. We waited too long to make corrections, our fault, well last night, Dave, my husband woke up at 3AM and slept in his recliner down stairs...he said his back was killing him...to find out, we both were experiencing back pain in that bed. Today we went to Flobeds and the owner gave us a new bed like the ones we had in the past and because we purchased 6 months ago he could not make a free swap...but we got a whole new bed for 500 dollars. I expressed how I was concerned what he was recommending would be too firm, because in general, as a heavier person, everyone says to get the firmest option, but I have complex medical issues, involving hypermobility that causes my ribcage to come out of place, as well as shoulders, etc. He basically ignored me and told me to just put the super firm in the cart. He didn't seem to want to hear my story or help me, just that I was fat so I'd need a super firm mattress. The selection doesn't seem great, but I keep finding reviews here and there saying they have great mattresses, but I am also seeing a lot about how the return process is ridiculous, so it is really scary to jump into this, as someone who is chronically ill and will not be able to packed it all back up. I feel if I expressed that concern, I'd be told to not buy it then, which may just very well be the case with such poor customer service.

It's so nice to walk into a store you might only buy from every few years and be recognized! Traci recently helped us find an unusual item, a daybed, that suited our needs perfectly, and the price was roughly equivalent to similar items on Amazon. And we don't have to worry about trying to assemble it! I'm mystified by the one-star ratings from people who aren't even in California, let alone Fort Bragg. I think they may have been trying to review a different "furniture mart." Fort Bragg Furniture Mart is awesome.

Instead of capping it off underneath my sink, they just shut a valve at the tip of the ice maker line. I don't know what happened but the line leaked slowly into the floor. now I am dealing with a buckled floor and water damage. I tried to get help with the situation but since there was a timeline, they, with attitude, said they could not help me.. If he would have capped off the line under my sink, it wouldn't have happened. I'm calling negligence on their part.. But they wouldn''t help.. I definitely do not recommend them!!
