As usual, they seat the late comes; a few patrons non stop talking; candy wrappers ... for a moment, it feels like a zoo or among kindergartners. Never recieved a call the day before. I reach out to Life of the Party at 5pm to state my concerns saying they would reach out to him. Got back with me he would call me soon, he had a busy day. Still never recieved a phone call. Reached back out to Life of the Party the morning of to get his number and reached out to him directly. Called and texted with no answer and as the time got closer I kept calling and he started to decline my phone calls. I received my deposit back but this by far the most disappointing booking I have ever done. I ended up having to go to the birthday party and explain why we no longer had a surprise for the birthday girl.
