Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge. We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday.
