I tried to use one of the forms for a SFR real estate transaction and it was simply EMBARRASING! The forms are not professional at all when working with another real estate agent. They are not comparable or at all similar to Win forms. It's sad, but true. Do not think you can use their forms and be successful in the real estate industry. If you try to use their forms you seriously risk damage to your credibility and professional reputation.
