I expected more from an IHG property. The room appeared clean at first, but there was a lingering musty smell. The AC unit was loud and made it hard to sleep. The staff was polite and very helpful when I brought up the issue with the toilet not working properly. The front desk guy personally came up with a plunger, called someone for advice, and even watched a YouTube video while trying to clear the clog himself -- which I appreciated. However, he used all of our bathroom towels in the process of cleaning up, leaving us with nothing to use afterward. It also seemed like the room had already experienced a plumbing issue before we arrived. The bathroom floor looked freshly mopped, and the carpet just outside was damp -- my socks got wet walking around. It felt like the toilet had previously flooded and they were just trying to fill the room vacancy without fully addressing the issue. The area outside also felt a bit sketchy at night, which added to the discomfort. This is the third time I've had issues with IHG hotels, and I'm starting to worry that the quality of their properties is declining. ROACHES not infested but one is enough for us!!!! My husband travels for work and cleanliness is a huge thing for us i deep clean our rooms before we ever move into them... we also spray the room just incase... if we see bugs we move.. when were looking for rooms thats the main thing I look for before we book it ... Also the floors here are disgusting again I clean... when I scrub the floor with bleach I dry it with a hotel towel... I had to do these floors 3 times and my mop was BLACK... as was the towel I used to dry it... gross.....and theres no cleaning the carpet of the room which turned our feet black as well... so we walked around the room in our sandals so our beds weren't dirty... Garbage disposal didnt work, I found out after I had done dishes there was way more food in it than what I rinsed... pulling it out by hand was absolutely disgusting... When I scrubbed the shower walls and rinsed them, again brown water came off the walls so definately not clean.. and I scrubbed I dont know what off of several walls in the bathroom... I'm so disappointed in this hotel my job booked this for me! The staff was nice and friendly but I did not like the hotel at all. It has a smell as soon as you walk in, and I had to leave for 5 day when I came back they had turn my A/C off!!! The next two days was OK then SHIT hit the fan... I started to see roaches the small ones, so I go to Dollar General next door and got spray and a set of spray fogger (Hot Shot). The roaches went away for a half of day and at this point I have to ask my job the (Supervisor) to get me out of that hotel ASAP. The same day the Manager saw me and was very apologetic to me but it's not your fought. I really pray that the staff get it together because my experience was not good at all. BE AWARE!! This Hotel is disgusting, and that's being nice. I booked 3 nights, I was checked into a handicap room, which I didn't request, the room had hair in the sink and tub, there was old use sugar packets on the floor with trash on the floor, and under the broken dishwasher that was hanging off counter, then my wife saw insects in the window ceil. I decided to check out after 1 night, they refused to refund me for 2 days. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to a dog. read more

I would rate it less. I haven't stayed at a hotel this bad in a long time. They claim they will clean ypur room only once per week. I am on day 9 and still nothing. AC units are very loud, but not as loud as the dishwasher. Beds feel 15 years old. Maintenance won't fix the clogged drain in the bathroom sink or the leaky kitchen sink. By far the worst management ever. All the other staff is very nice, all except the two guys who are either managers or owners. Definitely not worth staying here!!! read more

Well upon arrival the police were here. Not a great sign. Hotel room was quite warm on entry. Hubs said he smelled smoke. Hallways had not been vacuumed. Queen bed more like a double. And.... The rather old bed makes an incredible loud creaking noise every time you turn. Glad it's only one night. Staff was friendly. You get what you pay for. read more

Save yourself the trouble and don't stay here. We have been here 4 weeks and had to move 4 times, due to ants, appliances that don't work, leaking sinks and no electricity or light bulbs in the room. At no time did the staff offer to help. We were not informed that the hotel is under major construction and now they want us to pay additional money. This has been the worst experience and I would NEVER suggest that anyone stay here. read more

Awesome place. No slamming doors waking you up in the morning, really nice staff working the desk. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I wish I had looked at reviews on here first. Disgusting place!! First room had animal hair ALL OVER the bed!!! Second room smelled of old musty smoke, didn't move in. Third room the same. Clerk was very nice and tried to make it better. Sprayed deodorizer I'm in third room, but as I was getting my stuff out of first room, he suggested a fourth room. Still same smoky smell. He said it was because they have been busy and AC was making that smell due to the rooms being closed off for a while. I was exhausted from long drive so I just stayed in the fourth room. Woke up with congestion and sore throat -I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke even if it's old. Noticed with a little daylight coming in that the curtains were filthy yellow brown - like what happens when there's been a lot of smoking. Told the day clerk and showed the pics I took. He assured again that they are 100% smoke free. Well how about removing the nasty curtains that are probably from the '80's or 90's and actually cleaning the rooms?? These are supposed to be recently renovated rooms, but I was told it's only the fake wood furniture that has been replaced. Nothing else. Very deceiving!!!! read more
