Now granted, on both…read moreoccasions I have gotten 3-4 quotes and in neither instance were they the cheapest (nor the most expensive) but the communication, the explained process, the details, and the options were always the best for what I was looking for and needed. Our salesman, Brandon, was our salesman on both jobs and he's always thorough. Like a Dr has great bedside manner, Brandon has great relationship skills. Not pushy, but knows his stuff and leaves it up to the customer to decide what's best for them. I like his style. Cody, the job foreman, and his crew were top notch. The communication was fantastic with images and text along the way. Even the clean up was top notch. I hope I never need another roof but who knows where I'll be in 5 years. If I do, I'll be calling Skywalker. One tip, if you're needing a roof and the company you're looking at doesn't even want to go in your attic or ceiling, look elsewhere. i enlisted roof mentors to replace our roof. they did a great job of replacing the roof its the…read morefollow up things that are bad.. the vibrations from the project, caused the lens cover on our bathroom exhaust fan light cover to drop and shatter. they said they would replace it and the whole assembly with it. that was great but then after they attempted to do that job found they could not do it from the bathroom but had to get into the attic then they backed out of that saying it would take a electrician. soo now i was left with a fan/light assembly and no repair to be done. i had to order a new fixture but still had to get into the attic to replace [they paid for the the assembly ] i am old and not agile enough to crawl in the attic so i went to return the assembly they provided the receipt. cannot get the money on the return. it goes back to roof mentors.. I do not know how you feel about someone making promises and backing out but i do not appreciate it currently i am trying to get a response from roof mentors of how they will provide me with the money from the return. so i can try to get a new lens cover. after all, that is all that is wrong.. just hope they do not cause any issues outside of the roof job. good luck

Days after thinking I was crazy they called to confirm an error was made. To their credit, they did offer to replace the shingles and knocked $1,000.00 off of the balance owed. I was satisfied and paid my balance due. Which should have been case closed. But, No! Days after payment was made to them they start emailing insurance company asking for their payment to be made to me. That was done days earlier so The RoofMentors did not need to be emailing my insurance company. Beware and shop around. Wish I had. Mass confusion at this company.

I googled Yelp and read reviews and found great reviews about Storm Guard of the Triad. Their bid was a little higher, but the reviews said were more than favorable. The project started first of April should have been finished in two to three weeks by their estimate. The room was complete with a few areas of touch up needed the first week of June. I never heard from the owner until July 4th and he finally made his way out second week of August two review the work, now as we head into September 11,2025, we are getting the project wrapped up. It would be very difficult to recommend a company whose owner does not care about your project, honestly, I am not sure if I hadn't made calls and threats, we would have ever gotten the room complete. Total incompetence and unless you have a lot of patience you should shy away from this company.
