The style, mood, and cinematography of films like Pretty In Pink and The Breakfast Club nurtured my love of the "abnormal normal" everyday images. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I shoot from the heart. As a result, I tend to create photographs that are intimate, genuine, and at times, funny and silly. I am a down to earth, easy going gal, and I love getting to know other couples in love. Capturing joyful, intimate, and heart touching moments is what makes me happiest, and I look forward to working with you to create your beautiful captures!

Candy Koated Design Studio started as a Graphic Design business, and it seemed that more and more clients had a need for photography, with multiple hours practice, various online classes, and photography workshops under my belt, so began my Career as a professional photographer.

I grew up in a home filled with cameras, and our family get-together's almost always included bringing out the slide projector sharing boxes of laughs and memories. This is where my journey started. Along the way I've been inspired by the films of John Hughes and Rob Reiner ...
