Sofas with big fluffy pillows in the waiting room, Keurig coffee or tea to help yourself to. Each station to get your teeth worked on is clean and they let you have the remote to the tv in your little "area" to watch as they work on you. I have met both Drs - they are nice enough. They are money hungry and are not treating dental hygiene in the correct way at all, setting you up for failure needing more procedures and robbing you of your money and health. They fixed my teen daughter's top two front teeth after the previous dental office (that we will never go to again), left her with temp fillings (after 4 HOURS left in a chair, half-drilled our cavities) that were glaring white and it looked like she had Elmer's glue in between her teeth, making her VERY self-conscious. Acuity did such a stellar job that I can't even see a difference between the finished filling and her adult teeth!! AND she was in the chair less than half an hour!! For years, my other dentists were aware and monitored the crack but this dentist indicated it was a needed fix otherwise if it broke, I'd likely lose the tooth. I had the cap and then my tooth started hurting. I had to then get a root canal which 2 years later I'm being told by another dentist that it has to be redone or the tooth needs pulling. It was an expensive failure. I do not recommend this practice.

When it was time for my oldest son to get braces, I saw that Dr. Nirenblatt was still practicing so of course he was the obvious choice. When my teeth moved back after some dental work as an adult, I decided to give braces a go again and went with aligners - Dr. Nirenblatt was the only orthodontist I looked up to do this process. It was super easy. Now here I am with my daughter and my family has moved over 2 hours away. We have traveled to see Dr. Nirenblatt because I know he will do what's best and I trust his process. After my daughter, I have one more kiddo that I know who will need braces and there's no doubt in my mind that we will be back to see Dr. Nirenblatt (as long as he's still practicing )!! This is the first time that we have been to the Cane Bay office. We usually go to the North Charleston office. Because we were coming from over 2 hours away, we had to take an appointment where they were working that day. This office looks smaller, but it's still beautiful! Dr. Nirenblatt has all the newest tech! The parking lot is much smaller than North Charleston, but there are spaces not far from the office front so it's not terrible to walk from the different areas of the parking lot.
