She sent me all paper work that I needed to review and fill by text and gave me very clear instruction so that when I arrived for my appointment there was no confusion or rush to complete forms. When I arrived in the office, I was acknowledged by Ms. Marry Farmer in a professional and caring attitude. Within a reasonable waiting time, I was called in by Ms. Ashley Shealy who turned to be the best oral hygienist I have had in past 50 years. She is skilled, knowledgeable, and professionally compassionate and dedicated to patient care. In short, she is an epitome of excellent oral hygienist. After her excellent job, Dr. Banic arrived to examine my over all dental health. He himself demonstrated one of the most sincere , compassionate, and caring attitude. At this point it became obvious that it was due to his professional leadership that the entire staff in the clinic has turned out to be all professional and caring. I had one tooth that was bothering me on the top and I really felt like I needed an implant. Warner disagreed telling me that I should never get just one implant. My options were either a complete set of implants for around $30K or a set of dentures for around $7-$8K. I opted for the dentures bc of the expense and I could always get the implants later. I had to return to Dr Warner repeatedly to have the dentures adjusted. He finally told me that I would need a brand new 'hard liner'( whatever that is ) and I'd have to pay more $$$$ !!!! I immediately found a doctor that I have complete confidence in. I hope that mine was an isolated case and that his other patients have better luck.

The morning of my appointment I called again and explained I did call previously and I would need to cancel my appointment. They said okay no problem and canceled it. They have been harassing me ever since through mail trying to get a cancellation fee from me! They have sent me 4-5 letters and I even went out of my way to email them explaining that I gave plenty of notice and they never even explained any cancellation policy to me. They never responded! I would avoid a place that feels the need to wrongfully nickel and dime people for canceling an appointment because their child was vomiting everywhere and not responding to communication.
