Both Gina and Ciera keep up with current trends as well as participate in grooming competitions. They have been voted on multiple years as the Valley's Best Grooming Salon! My little guy is 13 years old now and slowing down. When I bring him in, Gina always asks how he's been feeling, and if there is anything new. She then bases her grooming plan around him. Some days he needs a warm moisturizing bath.....some days he might need a flea bath, some days he needs a winter time clip instead of his usual shorter clip. My big guy rushes straight in and hops up on the table! He totally loves it! These ladies take their time, and does whatever is necessary to keep my guys in great shape and comfortable! Even when that means getting down on the floor with them and giving them a big hug! I can't say enough great things about this business!

Jason was very helpful during the facility tour and answered all of my questions and emails prior, during, and after the boarding. My dog is older and requires a lot of attention for walks, medicines, and specialty food, and Jason took care of everything without making me feel like it was burdensome for him. I felt so comfortable leaving my dog in his care - you can tell he truly Ioves what he does when you see how he interacts with the animals. A positive for me is that the dogs never interact with each other while unleashed. My dog is more reserved and tends to prefer being alone than with other dogs, so this is great he isn't forced to play with other dogs when he would rather not anyways. Jason was excellent and even provided updates promptly when I inquired about my dog while in his care. We have already scheduled our next boarding with him. Excellent kennel and amenities along with reasonable rates and fantastic service!

Today was the final straw when she refused to help me (I wanted to see if my dog would tolerate a scarf over her head and wanted to use one of her coats--not to put on the whole thing, just a ribbed section over her head. There was no risk of damaging her merchandise.) When I expressed my displeasure she tried to back pedal and make alternative suggestions, but I have had enough of her passive aggressive behavior toward me and my (very well behaved) dog. I will not be visiting any more. This makes me sad because I'd rather support a small business than the big guys.

We waited for 30 minutes and then we were told that it would be much longer. The person in charge said she would call us when it was available which was nice because we didn't have to wait there. Luckily, we were staying close by. I would recommend calling first to see what the availability is for the washtub if you are going there to self wash your dog. I do think $20 is a little pricey since TSC offers the same service for $9.95. Unfortunately, there isn't a TSC for 30 miles away that offers it though.
