Yes, this is on the website and they said that they reminded me when I made the reservation. Fine. I made the reservation several weeks in advance and was packing for an international trip the day we dropped my dog off. It slipped my mind. One thing that would help is sending an email confirmation with this info. Seems like standard business practice to send an email anytime a customer makes a reservation. They could go one step further and send an automated text or email the day before your reservation starts (like doctors offices and restaurants do). This would also benefit the hardworking employees at MRK so they don't have to deal with late drop-offs. Otherwise, 5 stars.
