He LOVES Haney and knows that he can trust him. Our third dog is a giant puppy and Haney takes great care of him too. The other day I took all three of my Cavaliers to her and she refused to groom my senior Cavalier. Of course she only spoke to my husband because she knows that she would get a crap load of questions from me. The last two times I took my dogs there and got them have my notice that the insides of their ears had not been trimmed and the ears were not cleaned then I noticed that they were not bathed. If you smell the bottom of your dog's paws and they smell like Fritos, that means your dogs paws did not get any clean water on them. So the last two times that I took my dogs there my husband said you DO shampoo the dogs correct and she said yes and again we got them back and they were not shampood. I would absolutely not recommend this groomer to anybody and right now I'm so angry that I'm thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau. I also noticed that her Facebook account is not active. Maybe that was because I left a horrible review. I am not even kidding when I tell you do not take your dog there.

She placed the leash tightly around his neck and dragged him toward the grooming area. The door hit him in the face as she walked through. Watching this was shocking and unacceptable! Once on the table, my dog was visibly distressed, shaking and drooling. Despite this, she raised the table while he tried to escape and ignored his obvious fear. A restraint was placed around his neck, and he began violently whipping his head back and forth while she did nothing to comfort or calm him. My partner couldn't continue watching because it was so upsetting. I eventually had to ask staff to console and soothe my dog something that should never have been necessary!!! When they finally returned him, only about half of his nails had been trimmed. I left feeling like I paid for my dog and myself to be emotionally traumatized. I will never return to this location and will be warning friends and family with pets to avoid it as well.
