The price is unbelievably low; It is cheaper than Priority Boarding's dog daycare, and you get your dog groomed, that's nails and all. We always tip her well, because she is worth every penny. During their last grooming visit, our 14-year-old Yorkie became sick with loose stool. She had to bathe both dogs multiple times before we arrived to pick them up. She did not ask for a dime more, but I paid her more, because it was an unforeseen event.

Both dogs had bloody diarrhea and extreme weakness, and one had an open wound on his back and difficulty walking. They were taken to the vet immediately. Veterinary records showed very high white blood cell counts indicating infection and liver complications, with the illness noted as consistent with exposure to unsanitary conditions. Total vet bills were over $1,700. When my friend contacted the facility, there was little concern shown, and the only offer made was to charge $20 to bathe the dogs, despite their condition and medical costs. Posting this so other pet owners can make an informed decision.
