I stressed that I did not want them to shave her hair down close to her skin. She did have some matting, which I told them about when dropping her off, but they told me they could work with it. I also asked that her face be rounded, but they did not trim her face AT ALL. She had long bangs that hung over her eyes and they didn't even touch them, just put them in bows. She had 1 mat on top of her head and they shaved her head in that one spot and left the rest of it long. It looked absolutely ridiculous :( My husband and I had to cut her bangs ourselves when we got home just so she could SEE. They had her from 4:15pm - 7:30pm and I don't think they even gave her a bath. She didn't smell like shampoo and she still had dirt in her tail (which had also not been trimmed) Her nails were poorly cut so they were still sharp and long, one of them split in half at the tip? We think that because they were busy, they kept her in a kennel for the majority of the time and then rushed to finish her so they could go home. We will not be coming back and I do not recommend you bring your babies here.

We received our confirmation text before our last appointment but needed to reschedule for 2 weeks due to a death in our family. When I texted to ask were we able to reschedule, as of today no one has responded. While wishing this business the best maybe it is for the best that my family of pups move on...
