I contacted Yard Squad to provide law service for my elderly parent because of reviews that were…read moreposted on their website. It seemed like a good value...I had to contact them twice when I first reached out to them...They failed to do any trimming in the back yard on their first visit but did not offer to comeback and trim once I contacted them...they failed to show up for their third visit with no communication until I reached out to them. After a few more mowings they just stopped coming without any kind of explanation. When I contacted them they simply did not answer any messages...This was a huge disappointment..This late in the summer we are now struggling to get another service for my elderly parents lawn...I do not recommend this companies service.
