I drive here from CT to get PTSD medicine since I can no longer get it in CT. This dispensary treats mask wearers and medical patients well, unlike other dispensaries I have gone to in Mass. that discriminate against mask wearers, like Cape Cod Cannabis. Really frustrating experience with a dispensary I had relied on for nearly a year. Will never be going back. I get home to find they shorted me on two different eighths (half a gram each) and when I called they said they'd take down my name and to bring my receipt back with me. I said I'd show up tomorrow since it's a 25 minute drive each way and not something I wanted to do twice in a day. Showed up the following day to be told that I needed to bring the flower back too (they didn't say this on the phone) which I'm pretty sure is against medical/dispensary code because it is no longer controlled and shouldn't be tested/weighed in a facility after I walk out the door with it. Not to mention I could've just taken some flower out and left it at home so they would have to take my word for it either way. They finished by saying that if it happens again (it shouldn't happen ever) I should bring it back to them and they can weigh it and I assume give me what they shorted me (they never actually said they'd do anything). No offer of replacement of the gram they shorted me initially, no discount or offer for next time, and no understanding of driving 50 miles to end up being shorted a gram of flower with a bunch of extra headaches. Really poor management and will be letting everyone I know to switch to HEKA (1 minute away) or NETA if they're willing to drive the extra 20 minutes. EDIT: I was told by the employee (who I assume was a manager) that if you bring back an open container of flower that doesn't weigh what it's supposed to, they'll fix it. He didn't say how they'd fix it, only that he needs to re-weigh it (which I don't think you're supposed to do as a dispensary) and then he'd be able to do something. Since I only brought the receipt, which is all they asked for, they offered nothing but a waste of an hour of my time. For patrons who still decide to go here, I recommend using this supposed "policy". read more

Excellent first experience and during a pandemic. The two flowers I tried were fantastic. I'm not sure if it's fair to compare to California flowers, these two made me feel at home. Cannabis Connection: They will screw you over if you don't know what you are talking about. I went down to purchase a Pax 3 dual use vaporizer. Dry herb + concentrate. According to the official pax.com website there are two purchasing choices. Device only kit for about $199 and the complete kit for $249. Apparently Cannabis Connection sells the Device only kit for $250. A bit confusing considering I specifically went in to purchase the complete kit which would include the half-pack oven lid, concentrates insert, multi-tool, three oven screens. After talking with several store employees, after being asked if I somehow threw away the parts that I never got they finally said they ONLY SELL the DEVICE ONLY UNIT. To their credit they did mention I could go to the Pax.com website and purchase the concentrates insert for an additional $50. Why would I do that? I just purchased the complete kit for $280! The whole point of going into a retail shop is to purchase discretely. My point is... there is a bit of bait and switch going on in this shop... selling a device only unit for the price of a complete kit. Buyer beware. They variety is almost overwhelming where as the other shops will have a bunch of different strains listed but not have half of them this placed had a huge selection of all types of things and their friendly staff will help you all the way through to finding the right strain for your specific needs even if that need is to just be extremely stoned lol I'll def be coming back and would def recommend over any other place read more

We had a great time. The store was really clean and well laid out. Great product and selection. We'd definitely come back. We were there on 2 separate occasions. Our first time Cheyanne helped us and she was fantastic! She knew her products and helped us make up our minds on items, like edibles , that we were interested in. I love this dispensary and the location couldn't be better for me right off the pike. The selection is great and the store is so beautiful. I have a lot of anxiety and have a hard time in public sometimes and their staff always makes me feel warm and welcome. I'm usually helped by the same employee, I think her name is Sierra. She's got them good brows so if you see the girl with the good eyebrows go to her, especially if you have anxiety like me. She's always super knowledgeable and helps me find products that don't give me anxiety and that's what's most important to me when enjoying the cannabis. Their prices are reasonable too. There are many dispensaries in Westfield and Holyoke where I work but I'll continue to go here every time. They'll help you pick the products that work best rather than just push the products on sale and I appreciate that. Don't drive by this place, you'll regret it!! read more

This place is great. The selection of is better than any other shop in the area, and the prices are slightly lower than the other shops nearby, especially the concentrates and cartridges. The interior is clean and modern, the building is easily wheelchair accessible, and the staff is great. It's not even a quarter mile from exit 3 off the mass pike, and I have yet to encounter a line.
