I need a gummy to recover from this shopping experience. I found the one person in the store who couldn't answer a single question. I was so excited to come here, as these are my favorite gummies. Even though I live in NYC where there are plenty of dispensaries, I always ask my cousin to make an Insa run for me and meet me at the family function when I need to stock up. The shopping experience could not have been a bigger disappointment and I left incredibly stressed. I was asking about other flavors of gummies I haven't tried yet. I asked what the difference was in composition. The store clerk told me they were all different flavors. I said I understand that and asked about composition again. Then said they're all the same because they're 5mg. I couldn't believe I had to hold his hand through this entire interaction and get more specific. So I asked about to THC/CBD ratio and TAC. Then I asked another question that he couldn't answer and quickly realized I should stop and get in line and GTFO of there. Then when he was ringing me up, he told me there was a buy one get one free sale, which is not how the products were rung up. After about 5 excruciating minutes of back and forth, the kind gentleman next to him at the register finally leaned in and told me the BOGO deal is only good for one product. I asked why the clerk didn't tell me that in the first place and he said he didn't know, then the clerk next to him showed him a laminated sign attached to the register that clearly stated the BOGO deal terms and restrictions. This guy couldn't answer product questions and couldn't explain the price of things, so basically he's just a warm body collecting a paycheck. I'll probably be back because I love the gummies, but I'll avoid him next time. read more

Very offended about your pricing. Not too shy about price gouging. I had been in Amherst Mass and bought the exact same gummies in Hadley for $18. On my way home 30 minutes later decided to buy more of the wyld gummies at your store in Springfield and for the same gummies you charged me $28 dollars each container. The exact same product for60% more . You must think you're customers are so stoned they wouldn't notice. The experience was not worth the premium. Won't be in your store again. read more

The prices are a bit high, but I have to say the people have always been very friendly and helpful. But I don't go there unless I have no other choice because they are not handicap friendly. The handicap parking is on the other side of the building from the front door. And even if you get a non-handicap spot right outside the door, you can get right in but then the exit is on the other side of the building. And the cash registers are on the exit side. So if I park in the handicap I have to walk the length of the building to get to the entrance, and then walk the length of the building again inside to get to the checkout. I don't look handicapped, I have a heart issue. But I can't walk that far. They really need handicap access on the same side as the exit. Or move the entrance to the same side as the exit. It's a very I'm sure I'm not the only one with that issue. read more

I use to love this dispensary for the quality of products, but I will never shop here again! After putting in a pre order and waiting in a 25 minute line. The new lady who was working couldn't find my order. After showing her my text saying it was ready and a screenshot confirming I ordered from Springfield and not Northhampton. She was absolutely dumb founded. When she got someone else to look at my order he couldn't find it either. I had my order confirmation and he straight up told me he couldn't look it up with the number I had. Complete bullshit! He was a complete asshole. NEVER AGAIN ! Go to 6 brick. How beautiful!! I have driven by Insa and always wanted to stop in but didn't have time until my last trip. First of all, it is SO CONVENIENT. If only they had a drive-through window! It's literally right off the highway and super easy to get back on. The building itself feels luxurious compared to some other dispensaries I've visited. The huge glass walls, all of the greenery - it felt like a hotel lobby! I had placed an order online for pickup and it was very easy to figure out where to go and how to get my order. What a cool dispensary experience!! Insa is the fourth dispensary I've visited this year and it is by far the benchmark by which others will be judged. First off, you can pre-order and pick it up without an account or log-in. If you decide to shop in-store, you will find: numerous customer service reps walking the floor, equipped with a tablet on which they can give you tons of info and also place an order for you that will be ready for pick-up in minutes. Or, you can do self service by accessing one of several large tablets with the full menu (same interface as their website) and order what you like, get in line, pick it up and pay. The site and the tablets will tell you if you've hit the state limit. To give you a sense of what you can get until you hit the limit, in my case it was about $150 worth of 100 gummies. By contrast my partner bought 10 pre-rolls and 40 sleepy edibles for $165 and still had some to spare. It's a very nice space and I couldn't be a happier customer. read more

Very nice and very high end! Everyone there was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices for edibles are in the $30 range and they have Insa branded gum drops and other brands of edible chocolate. Couldn't speak to prices and quality at all since I don't partake but it was fun to look! We bought a chocolate bar for a friend's birthday. The worst dispensary in Western Mass. They are rude and even try to physically intimidate senior citizens who call them out. I purchased three vapes with INSA's name on them. They did not have a port for recharging and the batteries died before the product was used up. INSA busted my chops about returning them to the point of being intimidated by a bully employee. They lied by stating the pens are intentionally overfilled to cover this issue. Pure bullshit. There are many dispensaries that treat you better like Fine Fettle or Balagans. We were really impressed with this dispensary for several reasons. Firstly, their employees were knowledgeable about the product and very friendly and easy to talk to (I'm going to end with a preposition to celebrate rebellion! :)). Secondly, the setup is very user friendly; there is plenty of parking, it's a sleek but simple set-up with a really nice variety of strains. Insa has become our go-to dispensary. They have a great selection of house brand edibles, flower and vape supplies, as well as carrying other brands. The Insa house brand vape cartridges ( called "darts") are my new fave. This product is the main reason we became loyal Insa customers. I really like the design of the battery unit as the Darts just pop on and off quickly and easily. And I have yet to have issues with the battery or the darts, unlike with regular Vape cartridges and batteries that can sometimes fail. I apologize to Insa and their great employees, as I am very delayed in making this review. My first purchase was April 15 on a Friday when they were doing 420 specials and fortunately for me most customers had pre-ordered and they had a nice orderly line for the pre-order pick ups but there was hardly any walk-in customers at the time so I was able to go in and get a lot of great help from Kevin and leave quickly with my purchases. Kevin helped introduce me to the Insa darts. My next purchase was on Memorial day when I was able to purchase more darts and flower with help from Rose. read more

The most overpriced dispensary in the Pioneer Valley. I especially like the generous 4th of July sale that takes $3 off of a $45 eighth. INSA makes a lot of money because of the inner-city location, not because they sell high quality products. I've never been a regular customer because of their prices but stopped going all together after I purchased a $45 eighth that was dry and tasted like mold. There are far better options in Holyoke and Northampton. read more

Amazing experience at INSA they had a nice variety of strains at various prices and it seems as everything is cultivated and/or packaged in house. Big open floor plan with room to browse or if you know what you'd like ahead of time they have an option to place your order and pick up at a faster window. All in all I enjoyed my experience especially with my budtender Katie who provided extensive knowledge as well as a kind a friendly welcome. First time there, it's ehh. Pre ordered flower, went in to get it, it was busy but whatever. The inside is actually really cool, the parking lot is a train wreck. People speeding through and parking like idiots but oh well, not really Insa's fault. What sucked was the rude girl at the pre order counter that I apparently inconvenienced by being there. She waves us over but doesn't say a word just kinda stares at me like "what do you want", so I hand her my id, she looks at it and walks away without saying a word. Then she checks me out, tells me it's "$50" I hand her 3 twenties. She hands me my bag and starts waving the next customer. I'm like "do you owe me change?" She rolls her eyes and goes "Tax."
