They state on their website that refunds are on a "case by case basis. " Which in laymen's terms means, only unopened products. How are you supposed to know if a product works without actually trying it out! When trying to return 2 products that literally stopped working in the middle of a sesh. They tried to blame, they do not stand behind the products they sell and they didn't even try to contact the company when I returned the product. The bald guy at the store said I would be contacted about the issue I was having. Waited three months, with no contact from the store whatsoever. I had to end up doing the leg work for them in order to get a refund. Just skip this store all together and save yourself the hassle of unknowledgeable and incompetent employees.

A couple of days before the appointment we get a call asking to reschedule the appointment. We were unable to find a date that was compatible. Site says open to 5:00 but trying to get an appointment after work, difficult, someone wants Banker's hours (-1 star). Told someone would call back shortly with a compatible time, never happened. The day of the appointment get a call to cancel the appointment, no rescheduled date, get the "We'll call back to reschedule"!! since then Crickets!! no call back nothing. If I could put 0 stars I would but that would ne unfair to the first part with the booking agent. Very unprofessional on the part of the people who are supposed to be the professionals. Shows TOTAL lack of consideration for patient care & patient needs. They are obviously a scam, using people's frustration with mainstream medical science desperately looking for a solution to problems they're having that mainstream medicines aren't solving, to take their money.
